Part 18

On the competition day, everyone is preparing themselves before they start. Heidi felt nervous shaking her sweaty hands " I'm nervous. Did you told the judges already? ".

Andrew try to calm her down " yeah I did " he say while rub her back softly.

Heidi ask him curious " how did you talk to them? Did they say anything ".

" Nothing much. They agree to it because one of the judges is once my friend who I've help before so he will return me a favor " Andrew answer calmly.

Heidi let out her breath nervously. Andrew try to calm her down even though deep inside he's actually annoyed but try to be patient.

(Flashback to when Andrew met one of the judge).

Andrew set up a meeting with one of the judge who is also his friend. His friend Robert, welcome him happily " hey bro, didn't see you for a long time already where were you dissapear this whole time? "

Andrew scoffs " been busy you know it right ". Robert nodded understood because he know what is Andrew's identity. Andrew once help him escape from his enemies and kill them so they won't bother him anymore.

Robert ever once help him by taking care of him when Andrew was injured before. So they both keep return each other favors until they start their own brand new life didn't meet for a long time but met again because he's coincidentally a judge for the competition.

Robert then ask " by the way, why did you want to meet me? "

Andrew took a moment to say what he want to say but manage to gather his courage " I just want to ask you a favor that can you make someone name Heidi win the the first place in the competition? " He ask.

Robert scoffs understood " yeah sure no problem with that " he answer without hesitation.

Andrew chuckle relief " how much will I pay you for that? " He ask while took out a cheque.

Robert stop him refuse for the pay " no it's okay. You don't need to bribe me for that. It's enough you had help me a lot so this is at least I could pay you back ".

Andrew are quite flustered " b-but how about the other judges? Don't I need to at least pay them too? You had pay me back a lot with your help so this time I should pay back with money " he say while holding onto the cheque in his jacket's pocket.

Robert scoffs " no it's okay. The other judges are my best friend I can tell them and we all we agreed together ".

Andrew smile felt embarrassed that he had to do this. " Thank you. I'm sorry for asking this favor but can you put a girl name Lillie low rank I mean under top 3 at least? ".

Robert nodded understood and Andrew smile in relief even though he felt embarrassed by requesting so much.

(End of flashback)

Now, everyone is preparing to put their clothes design on their models. They all sit while looking at all the models walking wearing the designs. Everyone are quite impressed by Lillie, Ethan and Sylvia designs the most.

The judges are impressed too but at the same time they need to do their mission and not betray Andrew even though they feel like their designs attract their attention more. Heidi notice the judge's reaction so she feel dissapointed even though she knew she will rank number one.

After all the fashion show is done, it's time to announce the winner of the best design. The mc announce Heidi name and everyone are surprise feeling unfair. Some clap but some are surprise unsatisfied, even their own lecturer shock by the announcement.

Some of them mumbled " what the fuck? Hers are not good as us how did she win number one? Is she playing dirty? ".

Sylvia is quite furious and agreed " I admit Lillie is the best and Lillie deserve the number one ranking ".Lillie is quite surprise too because all her hard work suddenly vanish just like that. Lillie knew that Heidi is playing connection by using Andrew's power. Lillie feel mad but at the same time she know she couldn't do anything about it.

Lillie is more surprise that she rank fourth not making it into the top 3. Sylvia get the second place and Ethan get third. Sylvia feel quite unsatisfied too because even though this is a competition but she admit that Lillie did better.

Sylvia then took the microphone boldly " I feel like Lillie deserve to be in the top 3. Even though I get the second place but for me I will give my ranking to Lillie " she say confidently. Heidi look at Sylvia furious but Sylvia giving a glare and roll her eyes annoyed.

Ethan took the microphone too " I agree. I will the number fourth rank and give my third rank to Sylvia who deserves it more than me. We know we can't give Lillie first place because I know how unfair it is so Lillie will rank second, Sylvia third and me fourth ".

Sylvia look at Ethan surprise and refuse Ethan's offer. " No it's okay I will take Lillie's ranking ".

Ethan shake his head refuse " no I will be the fourth ". They both ended up argue to take Lillie's ranking.

Lillie walk up and stop them took the microphone " no. We together deserve the second place together because for me we are in the same level but different in our own way and styles " she say.

Ethan and Sylvia look at her touch and hug her adoring her. Everyone in the class including the lecturer came to hug them too but leaving Heidi alone speechless.

Heidi scoffs furiously and walk away angrily. Andrew walk behind her and saw Lillie been hug by everyone around her making him feel envy.

The judges are impressed by their relationship so they didn't even want to argue with them and give them the prizes they deserves. Ranking doesn't matter but they get what they deserves. They all receive the best prices equally because the judges can't deny that they all are good in designing especially Lillie, Ethan and Sylvia.

Heidi walk into the waiting room and scream in anger while she threw the flowers away. Andrew just standing there with his hands in his pocket watching her raging.

Heidi breath heavily " I hate her " she mumble and groan frustrated throwing things from the table everywhere. Andrew didn't even do anything he just let her be not wanting to be part of this.
