Chapter 2:
I sipped on my whiskey.The girl at the corner winked in my direction.Stupid low life if she knew what I was she would be running scared.Marco kept talking about some new stupid recruits .I couldn't care less.I was here for something else.
"Volt!!....you should try my new doll.."
Marco pointed at a girl with full curves .She swayed towards me.She looked drunk as hell.
"Marco...Don't waste my time.. "I warned him.
He took the girl onto his lap and said"Volt...you and I have known each other for years....you are my no. 1 freelance assassin....come on let my people serve you a little...it's on the house.. "he said and then went on devouring the drugged woman.I shifted my gaze across the room.
Celeste P.O.V
We saw our target at the table.My blood boiled as I saw him molesting a drugged girl.
Finn tightened the grip on my hand,he knew what I felt. "Patience dear...patience"he whispered.I shifted my gaze to the man next to him.He looked back at me.For a moment we played the staring contest ,then I blinked away
"Do we know that guy"I asked Finn.
"No,never seen him"He signaled the other boys to move to their positions.This is it.This is Marco's end.
"Do you remember the plan"Finn asked.
I nodded.Sure I did,it was the simplest plan ever.Seduce Marco into following to our rendezvous point and knock him out cold and capture him.I loved the 'knock him out' part ,coz I am going to have fun knocking the hell out of this molester.
Dean's P.O.V
There was no doubt about it. These guys were cops .How did I know that.Lets just say that's part of my job profile.Now the question was whether I should warn Marco.Maybe I should ,he pays me well...
"Hellooo..."the lady cop at the bar walked over to Marco.
Her other cop friends had disappeared.Marco raised his eyes to her and smiled..
"Hello beautiful"He pushed the drunk girl off his lap and kissed the cop's hand..
"I would like to talk to you ....in private "the lady said..Marco stood up like a hungry dog.Such a simpleton..Looks like I'll have to save his ass again..
"Marco ...Marco"I called out
"What is it Volt"an irate Marco said.The lady's face turned from distaste to fear..
"I want her"
"WHAT!!"
"I want to take her"I pointed at the lady.Marco looked confused
"Why.."
"You wanted to be of service to me...I want HER"I repeated
"But I don't want to...I want him "the lady said childishly pointing at Marco
Marco pushed the lady aside."Take her to the guest room..."Two men came and led her out...Marco patted my back "Finally....."he said and left.
