(Part 6 spoilers)

The yellow fiat sits parked in the middle of nowhere: surrounded only by fields of yellow grass and small bundles of oak trees with dry bushes here there. On the midnight horizon were mountains that were barely visible. The moon shines brightly through the grey clouds.

Lupin and Jigen sit perched on the cars sky roof with smokes, taking a look at their map as they were both tired and lost for the night.

"Gimme that!"
Jigen snatches the map out of Lupins hand, trying to get a better look. "I'm the driver, remember?"

Lupin grumbles with a pout, glancing at his partner studying the map, his hand grazing the trail they're supposedly parked on.

Lupin then studies Jigen instead, finding himself bored just sitting around with a cigarette in his mouth. He knew the two of them were done with the night, and that with just one a review over the map, they'll be back on track the next day.

Lupin takes his cigarette and presses it on the side of the car to take out its light. Then, as he tosses the cigarette away, he leans in and gives his partner a peck on the cheek.

A shiver goes up Jigens spine, making him hold still as Lupin presses his lips against his cheek bone. It was not the first time for this sort of thing to happen, but Jigen finds himself frozen next to Lupins grasps.
And thief seems affectionately eager this night.

"Lupin."

Lupin takes the cigarette out of Jigens mouth and holds the gunmans cheek, trying to pull him in for a real kiss. Yet Jigen tries to pry himself.

"Stop, Lupin."

Lupin smiles, giving a small chuckle, before smashing his lips onto Jigens. Jigens trys everything not to kiss back, gritting his teeth as his free hands pushes Lupins shoulders away.

"C'moooon Jigeeeen~" Lupin mutters.
"Let's call it a night; it's just us out here.
And I'm bored."

"That's all."
Jigen mutters back, placing his hand on Lupins face and shoving the thief violently away, taking his smoke back in the meanwhile. His saddened voice contrasted the comical way he pushed Lupin away.

"You're just bored."

Lupin fumbles out of the car as Jigen ducks back into the car and starts it up.

"Wha- HEY!"
Lupin yells as Jigen starts driving away, leaving a dust storm behind.

The thief quickly stumbles onto his feet and begins chasing after the gunslinger.

"MY DEAREST JIGEEEEEEEEENNNNNN!"

Though Jigen already has quite the distance, he watches the rear view mirror at Lupin sprinting after him, screaming his name. He then purposely drives slow enough for Lupin to reach him, taunting with random bursts of speed.

This guy...

Finally, Jigen comes to a slow stop as Lupin jogs to the shotgun window, panting out of breath. Lupin pauses, his hands on his knees, catching his breath.

"You done messing around?" Jigen asks aloof.

Lupin only lifts his head with a silly horny grin. "Playing hard to get I see!"

"You're a masochist!"
Jigen yells back, even more annoyed .

"Only for you, Jigen dearie~!" Lupin cheers happily, diving into the car through the shotgun window.
