Here is the recap from Chapter 11!!!

Vlad: I had expected that the chief would want to talk to Trey. Afterall, why wouldnt he after this whole situations. "Yes I am sure that would be fine." I then gave the chief the number and wished him a good evening. I then went back to my work without a second thought.

Lucian: After I got off of the phone with Vlad, I dialed Trey's number. It went straight to voicemail. He must be sleeping, so i left a message. "Good evening Trey. My name is Lucian and I am the chief of police here in Seattle. I spoke with your employer, Vlad, and asked him if it would be ok for you to come in for some questions tomorrow. He gave me permission to ask you to come in at 4pm tomorrow. I will be expecting you there. These are just routine questions that I have to ask when an event occurs. Thank you for the time and look forward to meeting you." I then hung up the phone and patiently awaited for the celtic department to give me the answer I needed to conduct this interview with Trey. I had a sneaking suspicion i knew what I was going to find when they gave me the breakdown of that tattoo.

And now on to Chapter 12!!!

Trey:  I didnt dream this time around.  I didnt understand why because I had been having dreams almost constantly for the past week, but this was actually a restful sleep.  I woke up to my alarm right on time as well.  I looked at my phone and noticed that there was also a missed call and a voicemail.  I picked up the phone and listened to the voicemail.  It was from Lucian the chief of police.  He said he had a couple of questions but how did he know about last night?  Did he know that the entire company was basically vampires?  I didnt think it would be a good idea to go to the police without talking to Vlad first, but I also thought it would be a bad idea to just blow them off.  I decided that I would ask for Carter's opinion when I saw him this afternoon.  I then got out of bed and took a quick shower before throwing some clothes on.  I had about 30 min to get to Carter's place.  The map said it would take about 30 min so I was going to be right on time.  I then noted that  i needed to be at the police station by 4pm and the drive from Carter's to the police station was about 15min.  I would have a little bit of time to get to know Carter and Sean and then I would have to go and face the chief of police.  This was going to be a fun afternoon.  I then hoped into my truck after kissing my boys good bye and then sent a quick message to Carter, letting him know that I was on my way.

Lucian:  It was about 1205pm when the email from the celtic department came through.  Sorry sir for the little delay.  There was a lot to type out and research.  Here is what we have gathered and the important information that you need to know about.  Well... this was going to be a interesting read then i guess.  I then began to dissect the email.

First off, there are several layers to the tattoo.  This tattoo was done by a celtic shaman.  The tattoo is a complete and uninterrupted circle that goes around the entire wrist.  The writing on the tattoo is a type of 'spell' so to speak.  At its simplest, the spell, as long as the circle remains unbroken, will suppress completely all wolf traits from the one wearing the sigil.  This was basically a binding spell that prevented the wearer from exhibitting any wolf traits or scents.  It would also ensure that the wearer would not falter under the full moon.  Meaning, they would never transform under the moon.  The inner layer of the circle is a second spell.   The purpose of this spell was to suppress memories.  The exact timeline is large.  From the age of 3 until 18; most likely to keep the wearer unawares that they were a werewolf.  The final inside layer was another memory spell that filled that gap with normal human memories.

This was a lot to take in.  Trey was a werewolf working so close to the vampires and he didnt even know it.  He had no scent of a werewolf and no memories.  Would it be better to keep him in the dark or to allow him to remember his past?  I didnt know that answer to this right away, but it would give me something to think on.  I then read on in the message.
