Naylia wept for days, turning the entire land of Finallia into blues and greys. Stefen trained with the knights, trying forget about his daughter.

"Oh Adhara," Naylia whispered, "my beautiful ray of life. I wish we could stay together for eternity." She pulled Adhara from her crib and rocked her. "If only there was a way..." She brushed back the few blond hairs the layed across Adharas smooth forehead. They reminded her of the long golden leaves amongst the Forbidden Forest.

She gasped, "That's it," Naylia thought to herself, "I'll hide you amongst the forest, but how would I get you there without casuing suspission?..." She thought as she rocked Adhara in her arms staring at the fire, planning her escape. The silence was interupted when Stefen walked in. "Hello Stefen, how was training?" She said trying to calmly collect herself from her thoughts. "Fine," he spoke in an aggrivated tone, "those knights need to be better prepared for-" his gaze stopped on Adhara, he hadn't seen Naylia holding her when he walked in.

"Naylia." His tone stern, "I told you, don't get anymore emotionally attatched." He walked over reaching for Adhara. Naylia stood up and backed away, "Stefen, she's our child. We don't have much time left-" "It will be harder for you to let go." He grabbed Adhara and the crying began.

"Stefen stop it! Give her back to me." Naylia reached for Adhara, "Naylia, stop. I'm trying to help you prepare yourself for when they take her." Pushing her hands away. The crying began to worsen "Stefen. Give her to me now." The room began burning with red, "No Naylia. I don't want to hurt you so stop yourself before I do."

Naylia lunged for Adhara but was stopped mid air, a black and purple mist encased Naylia, a stabbing pain flowed through every inch of her body. She tried to scream but nothing came out, "I'm sorry," Stefen muttered, "this is for your own good." The colors of the room began to fade into a black mimicking Naylias blured vision and pain. He riased his hand to her chin, bringing her closer to him gently grazing his lips with hers before placing his hand over her eyes where she collapsed to the floor.

*** Time skip to later that evening***

Naylias POV:

"Stefen please! Don't hurt her." Adhara was turning purple from all the screaming, "I'm sorry, this is better for both you and her." With a singular motion, black and red mist swirled around Adharas neck followed the sound of a snap and a small whimper before seeing Adharas tiny body fall limp to the floor.

Air filled my lungs as I awoke from my nightmare. "Just breathe," my heart was practically out of my chest, "it was just a bad dream." I closed my eyes and began counting my breathing, three seconds in, five seconds out. My eyes gazed over the room to find Stefen fast asleep in our bed next to me. "Adhara." I whispered to myself.

I slid the heavy goose feather comforter off of my body and walked over to her crib. She was sleeping peacefully, and luckly unscaved from Stefens wrath. I could feel anger boil deep inside me, the flames of the fire began glowing even more red, casting the room in a firey red light. My eyes brimmed with tears.

"Those counselmen will not take you away my darling, but, you can't stay here either." I gently placed my finger into her hand. It was time.

*** Third person view***

Naylia clasped her black cloak together and scooped Adhara from her crib, "Okay darling, are you ready?" She brought Adhara up to her face and gently pecked her forehead and burried her in her shoulder.

Quickly, Naylia began desending the stairs, making her way through the castle and down to the stables. The stables we shaped like a giant silo, the ceiling made of beautiful stained glass, walls lined with cobblestone, and the stables stacked ontop of one another. "Thorn." Naylia shouted.

There was a rustling from above when a white winged beast began falling from one of the top stables. A white Gryffin bowed infront of Naylia as she hoisted herself up with Adhara in her arms. "The Forbidden Forest." The beast rose and made it's way out the doors and into the night sky.
