The chapter starts in the mayor's office where the mayor show's the two officers, John and jack, the newspaper about the serial killer's latest headline. The mayor chuckles and smiles at the two before yelling

"What have you BEEN DOING?!!!!!"

"You know two officers can't deal with this-"

"MORE EXCUSES!!!" the president cuts off john's defence with rage

He sighs and pushes a button from his device "you can let her in." He spoke directly to his device while glaring at the two officers in front of him

Patty opens the door and pokes her head through

"Hi. Uhh, what do you need me for, mayor?"

"Can you inform them of what's been going on with this guy?" He points at the paper

Patty steps in and explains the situation "there have been approximately 8 deaths. With all of them dismembered." She then looks at the officers "good job guys keep up the good work."

"Was that sarcasm?" Jack asks, both John and patty look at him with disappointment. Man, he doesn't get it.

"What?"

"God! This is just as bad as the time you couldn't find MR. L/N'S CHILD! Is it THAT HARD to find a child who is confirmed to still be ALIVE???" The mayor explained as he stands up from his site and slammed both of his hands on his desk

"But the note said they were running away to live with a loving family, we looked at every single house in this neighbourhood and still couldn't find a single clue on where they could be" the mayor sighed. Walking over to the window behind him with his hands behind his back like a dramatic scene in a movie

"Every Halloween, he kills more people."

The scene fades to Susie locking her doors and windows shut, she hides under the bed in fear, and then the mayor continues to explain

"It's hard to know what is real"

Under from the door, two shadows in the form of lags/feet as the person hunting down for Susie stops to see if there's any form of life behind the door...nothing so they walked away

"And what is not."

As the person left Susie sighed in relief, but two pair of green eyes staring at her, she tries to get away but the creature drags her away. Never to be seen after the fade back to the mayor's office

"No one knows if someone got killed, or if it's just a show" the mayor walks back to the officers and yells at them once again "IF YOU DON'T CATCH EM' TONIGHT YOU WILL BE REPLACED BY THEM!"

he points at two guys sitting down, one waving and one tilting his sunglasses like a cool guy

"Look mayor, something is going on in the town, there's a cult going around and-"

"Blah blah blah blah" the mayor Interrupts John yet again "I don't care about your imaginary cult John."

"They burned down my house!"

"YOUR HOUSE IS A FIRE HAZARD! YOU ALWAYS KEEP THE COFFEE MAKER ON!" The mayor sits back down

"I want you to solve this, TONIGHT. Now leave and get out of my sight."

And by that John and Jack left as they got in the car jack ask in a worried tone

"What are we gonna do now?"

"We gotta focus on bob before more bodies turn up."

we now cut to Lila sleeping peacefully then a dark shadow covers her up as if they were waiting for her to wake up...
