STARTING BLOSSOM
Harry POV

"Talking"
Direct Memory

The I use in front of Draco, more to block the man than him, slowly creeps closer and closer to his body as I speak.  My hand officially landing onto his, surprisingly, times stomach.  After I finish my statement the counter worker nods in agreement to my reasoning and calls someone over.

"Yes sir?"  The sweet girl responds.

"Please show these two to a quiet booth."  The counter man speaks cautiously.  The young lady nods to him and with a smile turns to Draco and myself.  Who, slightly relaxed in my arm that is lightly wrapped around him, stands sternly.  Almost avoiding my eyes by watching the counter workers every move.  I clear my throat to make sure he knows we are moving.  His eyes flick to my own and we follow the young girl off to a quiet table.  As instructed by who seems to be in charge of her.

"So.  What issue did you cause this time."  I speak with a chuckle In my throat.

Following my gaze as I sit, Draco responds lightly.  Voice light and soft like normal. "Nothing."

"I doubt that."  I quickly snap as Draco sits opposite the seat of mine in our booth.

Scoffing quickly at my words.  "Really nothing!  I only came for some coffee."

"And than what?"  I question to make sure I'm not keeping him.

"A...stroll.  Maybe.  Not sure hadn't planned the morning."  Again he avoided my eyes.

"Than let's get you that coffee and sit together." I say nonchalantly.

Draco half heartedly nods at my words and sits peacefully looking out the window. It's slightly chilly outside, but only for the mornings know. Springs just about starting, soon it'll warm up a bit.  I actually prefer the cold over the warmth.  The cold the drizzly and cloudy.  It feels nice to cozy up in the house and drink tea and read.

"What do you prefer."  I start suddenly.  Politely waving over a waiter.  "The cold or warm months of the year?"  I look back to Draco.

Surprise clearly in his eyes Draco answers.  "Um the cold.  I like the cold better."

I nod lightly as the waiter starts approaching.  "I do too, why does it fit you?"  I ask trying to keep the conversation going.

Draco leans forward into his elbows a response ready in his mind.  "Why do you?"

I chuckle, about to answer when the waiter finally speaks to us.  "How can I serve you two."

The man keeps an eye on me and glances between Draco occasionally.  I swift my eyes to Draco with a nod.  The waiter seems surprised at first.  That relaxes into the thought that I was letting Draco go first.  Though Draco hadn't wanted to go first so he flipped the situation.

"You don't even know what you want do you?"  He asks calmly.

"I do."  My response came out a bit too quick.

"Yeah tell him."   Draco's head leans sideways towards the waiter.  His lips twitching slightly.

"Mm.  Can I get a cinnamon pastry and tea please.  Decaf if you have it.  One sugar."  My response was quick.  With my eyes more on Draco than the man actually taking my order.
