We won the football match and the thousand of pleasers were invited to throw themselves and their life away to congratulate us. Maybe it would have been peaceful if it was people who genuinely were happy for the win.

I walk out of the suffocating ambiance and manage to ignore the wishful gaze of a few people.
The backyard was dark and empty, exactly how I liked it. I lit my cigar and sigh a puff in relief. I need to go home soon.

She does know how to fight but she'll never have the upper hand in this relationship because she desperately wants to save it while it's clear that he doesn't care.

I'd love to go up there and intervene a little with my hands and legs but it's never going to be my place. And afterall, She can stand up for herself.

He's such a loser. Oh my gosh, if we ever get in such a situation, I'd love to punch him.
He left her alone in this backyard. And when she's crying. He's definitely dumb too. Who wants to leave such a catch. He's definitely ending up with a few bruises soon.

I won't be able to sleep the whole night knowing I'd left a girl alone like this. Not just because she's, well, her. The girl I have liked the most in this school because of how genuine she is. The girl I have always ended up noticing for being a sweetheart, talking and engaging with the outcasts and honestly being so fiercely loyal to someone like Sunwoo. If I were her, I would have slapped him the second he ever opened his gutter mouth.

I walk up to her, stopping behind her. She had sat down on the grass, clenching her dress as tears streamed down her cheek.
Her cries are too annoying. Why would she cry for that idiot who couldn't keep her happy? she's so annoying. Gosh, but she is crying.
"I knew you'd not leave-", she grumbles upon finding me as she looked up instead of her so nice boyfriend.
