Long ago, it was said space was filled with stars and galaxies and planets... But life was nowhere to be found... Until there came four spirits, who imbued the universe with life. They were Isa, the spirit of wisdom, Solaria, the spirit of power, Liv, the spirit of emotion, and Dria, the spirit of life. Together, they combined their powers to create life on once-barren planets. And soon, the worlds they built began to grow into beautiful and unique ecosystems...
...But the Star Spirits were not the only power in the seemingly-endless universe. They began to discover populated planets drained of life, stars collapsed into singularities, and darkness engulfing space. They were not alone. There was a counterpart to the quartet of creation, a revenant which came to be known as Naecruz, or The Black. And it was coming for the life the Spirits had gifted to the worlds, to feed its insatiable appetite for such power as that which gives life.
After failing to chase Naecruz away from their galaxies of life and defend what they had made, they knew they had to once again unite their powers to create life once more - to bear a new Spirit. And they did so. With Isa's wisdom, Solaria's power, Liv's emotions and loving heart, and the soul given by Dria's ability to produce life, they created a spirit more powerful than the sisters together, let alone just one by herself. And they called her Prima.
Prima proved to be capable, and led her sisters to drive Naecruz back into the darkness from whence he came. After peace had returned to the universe, the Star Spirits, now a group of five, began to return the life to the planets that had been devastated by The Black. And while Naecruz never ventured out of his dark realm in full form, he began to seek power by corrupting the minds of those vulnerable throughout the universe. So Prima's job was not over, nay - it had only begun. While it is unknown where she went, or is now, some think she is among the citizens today, looking for the downcast and broken to heal their scars. Her sisters are still out there as well, guiding their charges with a soft hand. This is the story passed down generation by generation, the tale of the maidens from the stars. One sacred to forgotten tribes.
