BRIAN

My day was super busy. I signed some documents, confirmed some events and my representatives got in touch with the people in Las Vegas to work out the last details.
I was looking forward to that day. Whenever I traveled, I was anxious about the plane, the people sitting around me, the things I needed to do, and all the rest.
Luckily, Angelique wasn't traveling with me and her flight was the next day, Friday, which meant I could travel with peace of mind.
I checked my bags and ate something to catch my flight, which was scheduled for 1:22 pm.
Other than that, the trip was super smooth and fast. Around 3 pm the plane landed on the runway and I was greeted by the assistance team.
I went to the hotel and then went to the place where the press conference would be held, which would start at 6 pm and the show would start the next day, at 8 pm.
It was my favorite time of year: Halloween. Everyone would be masked and dressed up, which for me was my reality. I liked feeling like I was in an amusement park or in a horror movie.
On that date, I knew that I would not be judged for any attitude and that no one would look with amazement at my look, and I could move freely.
I checked the sound, took the instruments I needed, toys, masks, cables, arranged everything with the sound team and went back to the hotel to get ready.
In the entourage, I would dance to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" dressed as Jack, a skull character I liked, by film director and screenwriter, Tim Burton. My robes were black, identical to the character, and the mask I wore looked like his head.
At 6 pm the program started and the Halloween party was announced to start at a horror-themed amusement park.
The band insert was read to all who were following television and radio.
I entered a huge room and the Thriller music started. I made my performance, being acclaimed by the listening public.
Then they announced the giveaways for the end of the first night and which bands would be playing on the first day of the festival.
I went back to The Venetian Hotel and I was so tired that I slept.
The next day, my anxiety increased with each passing hour... I wanted to see her.
I sat on the bed to play whatever song was on my mind and then prepared for the event, wearing a blue jumpsuit similar to the one Michael Myers wore, the white mask and the white bucket. I picked up the guitar and waited for the elevator, walking hurriedly to reception.
I needed to get there early to the event, so I dropped off an envelope at the front desk to have it delivered to Angelique's room.

I need to get to the event early. We can meet near the ferris wheel, around 9:10 pm.

I hurriedly walked to the hotel entrance, where a few taxis were parked.
-Hey, isn't that Buckethead? - asked Nancy, who caught a glimpse of me.
-I think it was him, but now he's gone and we don't have a ride. - continued Thomas.
-Well, let's take a taxi. - Aelden said and everyone headed for the party.
Everything was excited! As I watched the theme park, Aelden's band arrived.
-Hey, dude! - he said, extending his hand to greet me. I returned the handshake.
I greeted everyone with a wave and noticed that the women looked beautiful, dressed as devils and witches.
-Where's Angelique, Bucket? – asked Stela, with a mischievous smile on her face.
-I don't know. – I replied dryly, trying to divert attention to the event.
I noticed that the scenery of the event was perfect: dark, with some lights in the shape of chandeliers, red lights and signs everywhere, surrounded by skeletons and heads hanging on stakes. It felt like we were in a zombie graveyard. Some people were dressed as zombies and others as skulls, devils, witches, vampires, etc.
I was really excited! I was going to play that show and then I could enjoy all the toys!
I returned to the stage and after tuning the guitar, the show started. I was the first act on stage, playing "Welcome to Bucketheadland", "Siege Engine", "Soothsayer" and other songs, in addition to the robotic dances.
I enjoyed every second, holding out the guitar so my fans could play on it and throwing toys to the audience. They whistled and clapped. Some of them were dressed just like me, which made me happy and with a feeling that I had fulfilled one of the biggest dreams of my life.
Feeling the energy of the stage was surreal for me. The lights directed at me, the cables scattered across the stage and just the sound of the guitar echoing at the highest volume. Without a doubt, it was my world.
After the show, I had a quick chat with my assistant and after I had all my things organized, I put the guitar away.
My heart was pounding in my chest, not only from the excitement of having played a Halloween show, but also from knowing she would be there, next to the Ferris wheel.
I got closer and closer to our meeting and in the distance, behind the Ferris wheel, Angelique was there, dazzling...
She was more beautiful than ever, incarnating a celestial being from the eternal abodes with those little angel wings, in addition to the halo on her head...
She wore a tight, short, white dress, and her bust was lightly supported by what I took to be iron lines, as her breasts were elevated. Also, she wore a white and sexy stocking.
The scent of her perfume attracted me in a strange way... I felt another shiver in my body and hugged my own arms, as if I was feeling cold. Why did I feel that?
-Brian... - She smiled when she saw me, just like she did every time she saw me. However, this time she was a little shy.
I approached her, trying to catch the scent of her perfume and store it in my memory. I wanted to say how stunning she looked, but all my words felt stuck on my tongue. I couldn't say anything but stand there, staring at her like a fool.
-Have you seen the toys that are here in the park? she asked, looking around.
-Yes... - I replied with a slightly slurred voice.
-Do you want to go on one of these toys?
-Ah... well... there's a dance machine, called Pump it up.
That game could be played in a duo mode or in a single player mode. The winning player would win tickets that could be redeemed for prizes at any time.
Angelique perked up and offered me a deal:
-If I win, you'll use my halo and I'll use your bucket. You accept?
Inside the mask, I smiled and nodded.
A little euphoric, I said:
-But... If I win, you accompany me on the ghost train. You accept?
She smiled, closing her eyes and accepted. Well, I wasn't willing to lose, so we got closer to the game and someone announced:
-Buckethead will play now!
We climbed on top of the toy arrows and I let her choose a song. She chose "Phantom".
The music started and everyone started screaming, euphoric, as we stepped on the colored arrows on the floor.
With each jump she took, her dress rose a little, revealing part of those stockings and even her panties.
Try to focus! I repeated it over and over in my mind.
Several whistles were directed at her and I already knew the cause of it.
We laughed non-stop as we dueled and although she danced very well, she missed a few arrows. I, being agile and tall, could step on all the arrows with ease. My bucket flew and I didn't care as I was so happy that I stayed focused on the game.
The fans were screaming non-stop and we would spin around, step on the colored arrows and she would hold a little on the iron bar that was behind us.
Stela, Aelden, Jape, Jenni, Thomas and Nancy gaped at our amusement.
-Man... what a view! - shouted Aelden, being attacked by Stela.
-Calm down, baby! What is this stress? - He asked in a mocking tone, laughing.
Next to them was Alex, dressed as Darth Vader, but no one noticed.
He watched it all with a lot of hatred and a glass of vodka in his hand.
When the song ended, Angelique proposed another rematch and put on "Disco Bus".
We continued to dance, imitating every step of the characters on the toy screen.
Wait... She won? Inside the mask and I was red with laughter. Angelique was too.
I danced with three fans and in the end another fan gave me my bucket. I placed the bucket on Angelique's head and bent down to have her place the halo on me.
We headed for the ghost train, being discreetly pursued by Darth Vader.
