y/n: *yawn* welp, time to get ready for a spooky day, alot of people are gonna be coming to the library

y/n puts on his fedora and jacket and walks over to the library, but a white burst of petals pounces him
summer: DAD!
y/n: morning summer.....whats the matter
summer: it's ruby's birthday, what do I do, I'm normally on mandatory missions on her birthday and leave the parties to tai and qrow
y/n: hmmm, well, I was free for 3 of your birthdays before my death, what me and autumn did on your birthday was took you to the theater to see your favorite show
summer: *gasp* a telling of arabian nights!
y/n: yes, every year on that day, you loved that show, loved jafar, iago, genie, and aladdin, and now he's with us as a rider
summer: I know, but what should I do for ruby?! I don't know, I don't know
y/n: calm down, take a deep breath
y/n and summer start walking to the library
y/n: whats one thing ruby loves
summer and y/n take a moment to think of what ruby loves
summer and y/n: weapons
y/n: there are two loves I noticed that run in the family, cookies, and weapons
summer: nothing beat cookies
y/n: heh, a rose family tradition when I was a child, my mom and I went to look at weapons, and then we took time to make a cookie cake for me, seeing the swords and shields, javelins, spears, and maces, it's kinda impressive how far advance weapons came
summer: scythes, collapsible staffs that can control weather, and more
y/n: wonder how they would fare if they fought off against the twin brother gods.....oum knows I was barley able to survive their wrath, but I was the one who slain them....unlocking the first semblance too
y/n creates a little flame on his hand
summer: the man with the first semblance....wait thats ruby's favorite book!
y/n: they made a book about me?
summer: they made many, but it was regarded as fairy tails
y/n:....I had more power after slaying the twin gods....but I gave it to 4 maidens........one of them ended up becoming my wife.....the fall maiden......
summer: wait, you made the maidens too
y/n: I'm more complicated then you think girl
summer: my dad with his fairy tail like backstory
y/n: and your holding my legacy well
suddenly, a red blur pounces on y/n
ruby: GRANDPA!
y/n: good morning ruby
ruby was hinging onto y/n's back
