Trolls: A Halloween Boo Fest

Here's another chapter with Dexter and Daphne visiting Vibe City. Enjoy.

Chapter 5: Vibe City

"Ok, Cooper said that he contacted his parents and that they're on their way. He's also gonna come with you two." Poppy said.

"That's good to know." Daphne said.

"Hey guys, I'm here." Cooper said as he ran up to Dexter and Daphne.

"Perfect timing, cause here they are." Poppy said as she looked up.

Vibe City arrived under Pop Village as light scattered around from the ship to the ground.

"Alright, you two stand right here." Poppy said as she led Dexter and Daphne to a spot under Vibe City.

"So now what?" Daphne asked

Then, Dexter and Daphne were sucked into bubbles.

"What the? Woah!" Dexter said as they were lifted to under Vibe City.

Then, another bubble caught Cooper as he was lifted to Vibe City as well.

Inside Vibe City was a big city. Dexter and Daphne were amazed that a city this big can fit in a giant UFO.

"Wow." Daphne said as she looked at the city.

They watched some Funk Trolls walking around, talking to each other, and playing music on floating record platforms.

"It sure looks colorful." Dexter said.

Dexter and Daphne aren't used to the lights and colors and how colorful the city was. They're used to the darkness.

When they entered another tube system, the bubbles brought them to a room, and set them all down gently on the floor as the bubbles around them popped.

"Welcome to Vibe City, courtesy of Prince D.." Prince D. said as he walked towards Cooper, Dexter, and Daphne.

"What the, is there two of you?" Daphne asked as she was confused from looking at Prince D. and Cooper.

"No, Daphne, they must be twins. Am I right?." Dexter asked.

"Yep, it turns out I'm actually from Vibe City, just like my twin brother." Cooper said.

"How's that even possible?" Daphne asked.

"Well, it's a very complicated story. When we were both, my egg got snatched out of the nest. Mom and Dad looked everywhere, but they couldn't find me, so my friends raised me as one of their own. And then when I went out to find other Trolls like me, my mom and dad finally found me. I guess it wasn't too complicated." Cooper said.

"Nope, it wasn't." Dexter said.

"Yeah, even for me." Daphne said.

Then, King Quincy and Queen Essence showed up behind Prince D. and Cooper.

"Dexter, Daphne. It's so good to see you two again." Queen Essence said.

"It sure is." Daphne said.

"Come on, let's show you two around." King Quincy said as they started walking.

"So, Mom and Dad said that your parents and grandparents taught you two how to be scary, right?" Prince D. asked.

"Yep, they're very caring and they have a great reputation." Daphne said.

"They do?" King Quincy asked.

"Yeah, our grandpa was very loyal to Halloween Spirit and was known as the best booer back in his day. He taught Daphne how to be the best booer in Halloween Town. Our Dad was also known as the best mice catcher in Halloween Town. He taught me how to catch mice. As for our grandma, she was the best at surprising Trolls by popping out of graveyards and pumpkins. Our mom is also known to make things look scary, from a room to an entire house." Dexter explained.

"Wow, your family sure has some reputations." Queen Essence said.

"They sure do." Dexter said.

"Wow, your parents and grandparents must've been scary." Cooper said.

"They sure were. Our leader appreciates our family, especially our grandpa for his loyalty to him." Daphne said.

After their talk, they looked around Vibe City. Dexter and Daphne were impressed that they live in a UFO instead of a Kingdom that stays in one place.
