Wow. This place is MASSIVE compared to it in human form. I looked up to read some of the signs. Wait, cats don't do that!

I quickly snapped my head back and turned around.
I tried to prowl to make someone think I am attacking something, I tried to fix my eyes on something to attack but I just couldn't see anything.

I let out a little meow of frustration and started to plod along the road.
A ha! A girl! Didn't the website say I have to see what people's reaction was? I went up to the girl and rubbed my chest against her legs.
That is what your supposed to do right?
Another cat came along and rubbed her head.

Oooohhhhhh I'm supposed to rub my head.
I rubbed my head against her leg.
Ooowwww my ear, I bent it back.

I attempted to purr at the girl, but it came out as a growl.

"Muuuummmmm!!!! Help!!! The little kitties growling at me! I don't want a cat! Let's get a dog..."
Ermmm I'll need to work on my meows and purrs. So because of my awesome purring I crushed a little girls dreams... Humans:1 Shifters:0 at least a dogs gonna get a home.

I looked back at the other cat. Siamese? Maybe. I can't tell. I sat in front of the Siamese, let's call him Kevin for now, I sat in front of Kevin and swished my tail.
Now, let's work on that purring. I let out the same growl. Ok... I'll try to get it to come more from my voice box. A weird strangled cry came out. People started to give me weird looks and avoid me... Great. Even Kevin looked a bit confused.

Kevin started to purr, almost like he was giving me a lesson. His whole body vibrated.
That seems more like it.

I closed my eyes and made a murmuring sound while vibrating fiercely.
Kevin narrowed his eyes and his hair started to raise. I tried again.

YES!!!!! Mastered it! I can't stop purring now! Kevin puffed up his chest swished his tail and walked away. I jogged to catch up with Kevin. If he can teach me to purr he can teach me to be a normal cat. We started to go past the shops now, It was much more crowded.

Oohhh!!! Perfect moment to try the human reactions!!!
I strolled up to someone I rubbed my head against them, trying the purr.

ARGH!!!!!!!!

I got the purr wrong! The human probably thinks I'm ill!!!

I turned a full circle looking for Kevin.

All I could see was traces of him.
I chased the trace.

It was very patchy so every so often I would have to walk randomly guessing which way he went.

Eventually I saw his tail darting between legs.

I sprinted towards Kevin.

Damn! Wrong cat!

I swizzled around to track Kevin with his trail again.

And he was stood right there his whiskers tickling my fur.

"Ready to go Kevin?" I said.

Well at Least I tried to say it. But... Cats don't talk.

I kind of let out a strange strangled yowl.

Kevin took a few steps back.

Ugh. I need to work on cat language whatever you call it.

Kevin spun around and carried on walking I followed.

Aha! A mirror shop! I looked past at Kevin who was trying to get some meat of someone's hot dog.

I plodded along and sat I front of a mirror. Now. Time for meowing and purring practises.
