Beast is a bitch

Part title

Honestly, I didn't even know whose flesh I just cut into, or whose head rolled by my feet. You would think I was desensitized at this point but no. I knew what I had to do, and these did look like monsters but some of them, they looked like you and me. I couldn't smell the rotting corpses anymore, but the smell was forever imbedded into my nose.

"Juliette, we need to go inside ok?" Austin said in front of me. I noded my head in understanding and he dragged me inside. Why did they have to look like people?

We ran into the house, my family right behind us and the rest of the fighters behind them.

"Upstairs is already boarded up, someone get the back and The rest get to the weapons room." Austin grabs my arm and drags me to the weapons room with everyone else.

"We need a plan!" I yell at him.
"We're out of plans, Juliette there are way to many of them out there, everyone is tired. I just. I don't know anymore."
"Damnitt Austin! The plan is to fight, when there's no hope you fight, when there is one man left you fight, we have hope and the will to carry on so we will fight!"
BOOM!!
All the walls around us sound like there exploding, the whole room is so quite you can hear the pieces of the house falling through the sky and hitting the wet grass with a thud. I look down and see these black vine like liquid crawling towards the walls and up them like a evil plant.

"Austin..."

"Everyone get out! Run!" He yells everyone rushes to the door and as soon as we get out we are in a field, covered in soot and ash, only the bones of Austin's house remain. I look back and see the room explode, people who were almost out are thrown five feet which was better than the people who were still in there, all I could hear were there screams.

"Juliette!" I hear Austin scream.

I look up at him to see his ash covered face, his arms wrapped around my shoulders shaking me.

"Juliette we have to move, she's coming!" I look behind him and see oli helping Skye get to safety, I try and look for my dad but I don't see him.

"No Austin. We have to fight!"
He looks up to the sky and rubs his face. He nods and looks around.

"Do you still have any weapons?" I nod.

"A few knives and a gun."

"I'll be right back, please be safe." and he takes off running in Oli's direction. I start to look for my dad but every face I see sinks my heart until I see the familiar build of my father. I run to him and he turns around, hugging me so tight I can barely breath.

"Dad, we have to finish this."

"I know baby." I look up at him and he's smiling
"I am so fucking proud of you Juliette. I love you so much baby girl. Don't forget it."

"I love you too dad." I give another squeeze before I run to go find Austin.

I'm screaming his name into the sea of people but I can't see him or hear him. I keep looking all over when I finally here him, but not what I wanted to here. His screams are tearing through the forest, my heart falls out of my chest as I run towards him, towards the screams. My eyes start to blurt from tears threatening to consume me but I keep running. He sounds close but I still don't see him.

"AUSTIN!" I scream.

"Juliette?" I hear him say.

"Austin I'm coming." I run to where I heard him into a sort of break in the forest. Almost like a clearing. If what was In front of me vanished, I think I would love it, there was a pond, it looked so nice and peaceful but what was I front of me drowned the rest out.

Geille stood there laughing maniacally. She lifted her hand and grabbed something out of the air and suddenly branches were all over me, tying my arms and legs. With another flick of her wrist I was soaring through the air. I let out a yelp that was cut off when I hit a tree really hard. It was on the edge of the clearing so I could see everything clearly.

"That was to fucking easy. I thought you were smarter than that."

"You fucking bitch!" I yelled at her.

"Oh no honey, I'm more than that. Now, in order for this to work, I'm gonna need you to scream." She twisted her hand again and i felt a branch slowly start digging into my leg. I tried to stay quiet but a few soft screams came out as the branch broke skin and went in deeper.

"Your gonna need to be louder than that sweetie." she grasped the air and pulled back quickly and I felt the branch rap around my bone and pull it back breaking it. It happened so fast I couldn't help but scream. It was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life, I couldn't even see anything because it hurt so bad. It felt like hours and I just wanted it to stop. I was in and out of consciousness but I didn't know how long I had been up here.

"Juliette? Oh my god Juliette I'm gonna get you down, Geille, put her fucking down now! I swear I'll rip your body into fucking pieces!" Austin growled from below me. I was just so tired. I looked down to see him shift into a wolf, my beautiful wolf. He started to blur until there was nothing. I couldn't see anything.

Ok so this is the last chapter. I know, I know cliff hanger but I'm happy here. I have my thoughts on how it finishes and I'm sure you will to.
