naps for teens..?

Ya know... we get naps in pre-k but we don't get them in high school... even though we have 8 hours of school and then we go home to do about 2-6 more hours of homework, and then we have to do chores and cook food. And then when we get done or we take a nap after our homework or we just lock ourselves in our room and just not move, the parents/ guardians get mad at us for being lazy.... sure they go to work to make money to pay bills and stuff, but we cook and clean and learn.....and we get up at 0500(5 A.M) hours to get ready to do it all and we run to anywhere between 2100(9P.M) hours to 0100(1A.M) hours the next day....
