"I want seven kids Max." mahinang usal ng asawa niya.

They are currently on their cabana infront of their private beach house cuddling each other as they watch the sunset.

Maxwell looked at his wife with a warm smile. "Well make seven then."

"You know we cant." matamlay na saad nito.

"Yes we can." he insisted.

"Hmm. You actually know we cant Max. Look at me... and tell me if I can still live for another month considering my illness."

His wife, Dionne, have CAD. Its a terminal illness that no doctor in world, no matter how rich he is, can cure.

"Dont say that wife." masakit sa dibdib na sagot niya. He loves his wife dearly. His wife is the sole reason why he is standing on top, without her he'd fall seven times.

"Even if I dont wanna leave you Max, I know I will eventually die. So I decided to adopt the seven kids on the orphanage. Remember them?"

"Hmm"

Gamit ang isang kamay ay pinaglaruan ng asawa niya ang magkahawak nilang kamay. "I already processed the papers a long time ago. We legally adopted them. I already named all of them too. All their second names were after you, like I said I love the sound of your name thats why, and I added a suffix on their name for you to know whose the eldest to youngest. Coz I know you, you dont like complicated names. You want names who are easily remembered."

He sadly smiled. "Youve decided on your own again wife."

She held his cheeks and let him look at her. "Coz I know you cant say no to me."

He kissed her forehead.

"Max?"

"Yes wife?"

"Promise me. Promise me that you will spoil them like how you spoiled me... Take care of them like how you treat me like a porselain doll... Feed them like theres no tomorrow... Make them feel your warmth like this... Love them as much as you love me Max. Those angels need your love. A love like how books described them to be. A love intensified... Youre the only man Ive met who offers a calm wave of love... Your love is home Max."

No matter how he forced himself to not cry, still a lone tear fell from his eye as he hear his wife saying those things. Coz he knows what will happen next. "I promise."

"Max?"

"Yes wife?"

"Please do tell my angels how much I love them." isang hikbi ang pinakawalan ng asawa niya kaya mas hinigpitan niya ang yakap. "Tell them Im sorry for not keeping my promise to them."

"What did you promise wife?"

His wife smiled, "I promised them that Id take them in a mall and buy all the toys that they point a finger in. Buy them clothes and feed them in McDonalds."

"We can do that tomorrow." he suggested.

"Okay, tomorrow." she said.

Thats what she said... but that tomorrow never came.
