Mein toh batana hi bhul gayi 3rd year mbbs student hun waqt kaafi kam hai but aaj diary ki yaad aa hi gayi ek patient ki history lete lete .......bahot kuch badal gaya hai i have become the most introvert person ever yahan tak ki hostel mein sirf yes or no kota ne bahot kuch badal diya...... DIYA yeh word bahot kiuch yaad dilata hai ab kota some friends and teachers bahot kuch likhna hai mujhe but aaj nahi ek hi din mein itna socha anxiety hogi areee haan anxiety my new friend diary milo isse kabhi bhi aajati hai bin bulaye kal toh class mein koi sir aane wale the sidharth name mein pata nahi kya kya sochne lag padi or ghabrahat hone lagi phir ek bade acche dost ne mujhe bas yaad dilaya ki writing toi diary reduces anxiety and all thanks to him his nam,e is abhimanyu mere saath baith ta hai clg mein hasane ki puri koshish karta hai nice person he is.
