Dear Blank,
I saw my doctor today. He checked out everything to make sure I was Ok. My mom gets nervous whenever he visits. She has to sit down after he leaves. I asked her if we could sneak out of the hospital and go to the park. She said no. I asked her if she grew my sunflower. She said yes. She's going to take a picture of it before the head falls off. I want her to bring me some of the seeds. I ate some chocolate covered sunflower seeds once. Vance came back, but only for a little bit. He had a soccer game so he was wearing his uniform. It was purple. He says when I get stronger I can join the team. I told him I can't because I'm a girl. He said my hair made me look like a boy so I could pretend. That made me laugh. I think I'm going to always keep my hair short.
