They look down into the water.
Jump in.
"What?"
But before he could say any thing else Madotsuki leaps into the water.
"HEY!!" Yumeki jumps in after.
Bright light. Blink. As soon as he opens his eyes, Yumeki sees a smiling Madotsuki waiting for him.
Pink sea
"You're brave," he pats her on the head. "Should we be here?"
Madotsuki shrugs.
Around them are pastel colored rock formations and islands. The water around is a soft pastel pink. A balloon floats in the distance.
Madotsuki grabs Yumeki s hand and starts towards the balloon. He stumbles but catches his balance and goes along with the girl. They reach the balloon.
"What's this doing here?" Yumeki gets his answer. Madotsuki grabs the string of the balloon and within a blink of an eye they are somewhat submerged in the pink water. It reaches up to madostuki's waist and yumeki's knees. They attempt to walk although its more of a trudge.
Remember how to get here. We need to come back later.
Madotsuki stares out into the pastel distance. Many thoughts run though her head. The main one being
There's someone ... and some thing.... In the distance.
She pinches her cheek.
Yumeki is returned to the nexus. Madotsuki wakes up.
