Am I to young?

The next week at school was tough. Only because the only thing Valerie could talk about was Jackson, gross. not to mention how she would constantly want to go and look at him, which I thought was pretty creepy.  On Monday it was, ''You must really like this guy huh?'' Kate said. ''Yeahhhh I'm thinking of adding him on tiktok what do ya think?'' ''Would he follow you back'' Eden followed on. ''I don't know he's like popular so I'm not sure..'' 

the next day, Tuesday it was even weirder, Eden came up to us and said ''GUYS I ADDED JACKSON ON TIKTOK AND SNAP AND HE ACCEPTED AND FOLLOWED ME BACK!!'' the Jealousy in Valerie's eyes said it all. ''oh cool..'' ''has he followed you back yet Valerie?'' Maia said. ''No.. Hopefully soon.'' I knew it, Jackson wouldn't follow her back, I already knew it.

Wednesday was a little different, she found out he wasn't the nicest guy on earth, in fact, if he didn't like you, he DIDN'T like you. But that didn't stop Valerie from liking him surprisingly. She STILL liked him and it was starting to concern me.

On Thursday it was the regular, she would ramble on about him and how hot and cute he was. Except this time something happened on the bus back home. I heard him talking about me. ''Luke, that girl over there in the black tank and black converse, she's kinda cute..'' ''Dude you gotta gf.'' ''yeah yeah I know I'm just saying... If you want her.'' I kept my head down and continued to listen to my music, but knowing that Valerie's crush was talking about me, calling me cute, made me gag.

On Friday, Valerie had invited me over to her house for a sleepover, of course I said yes because she is my bestie, but I didn't know that I would get so pissed with her I almost screamed.

When I came to her house that Friday, We were having lots of fun, she wasn't talking about Jackson so I thought that we would be cool, until we were just lying on her bed, on our phones, and I took a sneak peak at hers.

She was scrolling on HIS tiktok page, just watching his videos. ''What are you doing Valerie?'' ''I'm stalking Jackson!!'' At least she wasn't afraid to admit that. but wait, he was actually kind of, cute? ''He still isn't following me back!! Ughhh..'' ''Wait let's see if he follows me back'' I said, and I was surprised because she actually wanted to. ''YES OMG DO IT!!''

I searched up his account and followed him, I also liked a video or two. ''He hasn't followed me yet, so let's do something while we wait.'' While we waited we did skincare, we applied sheet masks, face rollers, face mist, oil, ect. and then, we came back to the phone.

''omg he followed you back..'' Valerie cried out. ''Wait really?!!'' I started laughing and so did she, ''OMG MAYBE ITS BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS WEIRD LIKE I POST GOOFY VIDEOS'' it was true, Valerie always posts funny gulp videos instead of thirst trap type videos, which is what I do. he had like all my 13 videos I had up. 

after that, Valerie couldn't.stop.talking.about.him. ''He's so cute though'' ''I'm so sad he followed you and not me'' ''WHAT IF HES GONE THROUGH LEGIT PUBERTY AND ITS BIG'' ''do you think he would at least have a one night stand with me?'' ''I'm pretty sure he has a gf'' ''omg he does'' ''her names Ava ew'' ''IM CRYING WHY CAN'T I BE AVA'' 

the whole night all she could talk about had to be Jackson related, anything I said she would switch it up and make it all about him. this led me to tell her, ''Can you shut up? I'm sorry but is this seriously all you can talk about? I'm trying to have a nice sleepover with you and all you can talk about is this one boy who hasn't even noticed you once. ''I-'' she went silent after that. We had a  decent sleepover after that, I just wished she hadn't wasted it on boy talk.
