Piper POV

-----Immediately after they left-----

Hazel shadow-traveled us right outside the entrance of their cover as just the standard online shopping service. We walked in the front door and were greeted by the receptionist. "Can I help you two?" She asked.

I looked at her, put on a dazzling smile, and spoke with a heavy amount of charm-speak, "Yes, we would love to meet with the queen."

Her eyes instantly glazed over, and she said, "Follow me this way." She led us down the stairs and walked us to the queen. As we walked, we got a few curious glances.

As we approached the throne room, one of the guards at the door said, "Halt, what brings you here, McKayla? You are supposed to be at the main entrance."

The girl I charm-spokes eyes(I honestly don't think I spelled that right) were still glazed over as she said, "These two must see the queen."

The guards looked at us suspiciously; we were dressed rather conspicuously in the cloaks of our colors, mine being white and pink and Hazel's being black and light red.

The other guard said, "You cannot enter without an appointment." I was about to charm speak them when Hazel snapped her fingers manipulating the mist, and she said, "But we have an appointment. We are Mrs. E and Mrs. T. We are supposed to talk to the queen about the upcoming war." Their eyes glazed over, and I looked at Hazel, impressed.

She said, "What? Becoming a primordial just made my mist manipulating more powerful." I nodded, "Makes sense. Your mist disguise held up in front of the gods, so yeah. But still, it is impressive," I say as we enter the throne room to see the queen half asleep on her throne as her second-in-command tried to argue about something with her.

The queen saw us coming and sat up, shocked, "McKayla, Jessie, Thea? What are you doing? Who is that?" she demanded. The guard named Jessie said with no emotion, "They have an appointment, my lady."

The queen looked confused. "I have no appointments till around noon; last I checked, it was 3 a.m." The guard's eyes returned to normal as they drew their weapons and pointed them at us.

"What did you do to us?" The one named Thea asked. The receptionist, McKayla, said, still charmed, "They need to see the queen." The queen was confused and asked, "Who are you?" "Well, my lady, you may call me Love, and she is Judgment. Anyways, what is your name?" I said.

"I am Queen Sarah of the Amazons. What brings you here?" The queen says. "We are here for your execution for killing Queen Hyla and all those loyal to her, obviously," Hazel said.

As soon as she said this, we charged and killed all the guards before the queen could react. As we charged the queen, she drew her sword and a knife of imperial gold and celestial bronze.

Hazel called to me, "She's all yours; make it last. I'll go deal with the rest of the amazons." She left to deal with the rest. I continued to charge the queen of the Amazons at the speed Percy used to fight at when he was a demigod.

To put it another way, I went the peak mortal speed with my sword, which has a pink hilt and a white blade, and my dagger, which has a pink blade and a white handle.

Our weapons clashed, and I disarmed her immediately. "Come on now, pick up your weapons! You're the queen of the amazons, for Chaos's sake!" I tell her as I toss her weapons back to her.

I suddenly hear Chaos talk in my mind, "She is the weakest queen of the amazons I've ever seen. Also, please don't invoke my name anywhere except the pit; it is very distracting." I chuckle and respond, "Yes, my lord."

I hear him mentally sigh as he says, "You know I hate formalities, oh whatever, just get back to bullying the weakling," and then he leaves my mind.

I refocus on the queen and say, "Come at me." She picks up her weapons, charges me, and our blades clash. I started speeding up and gaining hit after hit, and eventually, I cut her sword arm off. She stumbled back, clutching her bleeding stump. "Who- what are you?" She asked.

I looked at her and said, "Finally asking the right questions, I am what is known as a successor. I took the powers of the primordial I chose without restrictions or weaknesses. Anyways, you die now." I cut her head off as Hazel walked in the door with dust and smoke pouring in behind her.

Hazel said, "Good job, they are all dead, so now we leave," and we shadow-traveled away.

We sat down on our thrones when we rematerialized in the throne room and saw everyone watching Leo and Thalia fighting the legion's praetors. Percy looked at me, slightly irritated, and said, "Chaos visited. He gave us news, but we will tell you when they return." I nodded and turned my attention back to the screen.
