FLASHBACK TO THANKGIVING

I was sitting, watching DD, Ddot, Jstar, Dudey and Dee perform. The song came to an end and Ddot paused for a second.

"Ighh ya so I wanna take a moment for us all to talk about the shit we thankful for cause it is Thanksgiving," he spoke into the mic. I smiled as I watched him start it off.

"Ima start it off. So I'm Thankful for all my fans that came here today. I'm thankful for all the fans that couldn't make it. I appreciate ya for all the love ya been showing me. Second, I'm thankful for all my friends and family cause we all in this together and without ya I wouldn't be here," he mumbled into the mic. Everybody clapped as he handed the mic around.

Everybody spoke on what they were thankful for and then DD was up.

"Ighh so, I'm thankful for all my brothers that's up here because like my son Ddot said we all in this together and I'm doing this for them and for my brothers that's not here today. I'm thankful for my mom cause she my biggest supporter and she gives me the strength I need just like this next person. I'm thankful for my girlfriend Aliyah ca- Matter fact. Bring ha ass out here," he looked over to me. The crowd started cheering and clapping. I widened my eyes and shook my head. Dudey walked over to me and grabbed my arm.

"Dudey no," I whispered as he pulled me up. I pulled my brown dress down and fixed my hair before walking out. They all were screaming.

"I'm thankful for this beautiful girl right here cause she really one of my biggest supporters and she gets me through a lot of shit. And I wanna make a promise to her," he dug into his back pocket and I furrowed eyebrows.

"I promise to be there when you need me. And I promise to show you all the love you deserve because that's all you deserve. I promise to protect you and be by your side no matter how hard things get between us or how bad our arguements get. I promise to be loyal because that's the type of man you deserve," he pulled out the black velvet tiny box. I shook my head and covered my face.

"And lastly I promise to be ya best friend through the long run, together or not," he pulled my hands off my face and I seen a beautiful tiny diamond promise ring in his hand. I started to tear up cause I could see the tears in his eyes as he slid the ring on my finger. I gave him a kiss and a hug. The fans were all screaming and taking pictures and recording. We may be too young but this boy is my soulmate.

"ALIYAHHHH!" Darrian smacked my hand that was holding my lipgloss.

"Bro I'm not doing this wit you today," I stood up and held my hand up.

"Ighh ighh ighh chill," he grabbed my arm and pulled it down.

"So Dudey, DD, DeDe, Roscoe, Klick and Dee finna come over later," he laid down on my bed.

"All my brothers finna be here," I nodded.

"And my man" I smiled as I finished doing my hair.

"Too hype," he side eyed me.

"Neva you mad cause Justine not coming over" I laughed.

"Bro okay you dragged it," he rolled his eyes and turned the TV on.

"Lemme call Justiney Pooh real quick," I pulled my phone out and facetimed her.

"Liyahklickksss," she smiled as she picked up the phone.

"Justiney pooh," I smiled and lifted my phone so she could see Darrian laying down on my bed.
