narcissa malfoy nee black lurched forward into an upright position on her bed, alerting her husband to the process

"cissa what's wrong" lucius asked in response she grabs her wand pointing it her husband

"cissa" lucius asked worriedly and confused

"let's go" she replied simply

they found their way inside the ministry of magic and lucius was paling

"cissa what are you doing" he asked

"i see your here as well bella" narcissa said

"of course our new master is waiting" bellatrix said with an insane grin

"i'm sure you remember dear husband that i explained to you then intricacies of the black family magic, the last heir is currently one harry potter, voldemort has made sure of that as such has activated said family magic, our first loyalty has and will always be to the house of black" narcissa explained and lucius knew then and there he had lost everything

"don't worry, our son will be taught his place, as a servant to my master lord harry potter" narcissa said

she and bellatrix led lucius to the head auror's office they trusted bones much more then they trusted crouch

"madame bones mind if we speak with you" narcissa asked amelia looked skeptically but nodded

"i am willing to give evidence against my husband that he lied about being under the imperius curse and he was in fact a willing death eater, i am also willing to give proof that do to a marriage contract my sister here was forced to partake in such as well" narcissa said

"wouldn't that contract be in affect still" amelia asked

"no because the black family magic overwrote the contract both me and my sister belong to the heir of the most ancient and noble house of black, and i am willing to further give proof that my cousin sirius was in fact innocent, the magic has already activated and cannot be dismissed so we will still be the slaves to the current heir speaking of we must hurry this up me and bella must collect our new master, he is after all but a baby" narcissa said

"of course if you are willing to submit a few memories and also willing to testify at his trial, i will have this dealt with at once, miss black" amelia said

"send me an owl of the time and date i will be there as will bella if necessary, now we really must be getting our master away from where he has been dropped off" narcissa said as she and bellatrix left the office after leaving the ministry they apparated to private drive, surrey walking up to number four narcissa gave a courteous knock on the door

which was answered by a rather large man who looked none to pleased

"who are you, why are you here at this hour" the man said

"i am here to enquire about the state of my nephew who has been unjustly left in your care i shall take him, if you will allow me" narcissa said she looked quite well off to him

"one moment" he said as he reentered his home and returned with the basket with baby harry inside

"here you are, make sure we never see him again" he said

"oh i assure you the only way you and him will meet is by sheer coincidence only" narcissa said as she took the basket and she her sister and baby harry apparated away to #12 grimmauld place

"KREACHER" narcissa called the look of pure joy as he entered was very evident

"kreacher this is your new master, the heir of the house of black unfortunately his blood has been tainted by a mudblood however he also has the blood of the most ancient and noble house of potter so even mother should accept him right mother" narcissa asked the painting

"he is the heir, is he, what happens if my worthless excuse of a son is released i know my husband never truly disowned him" walburga black asked

"the family magic has chosen harry here as the heir over sirius, i hope to get sirius released so he may help me raise my new master, because of the family magic i am little more then a house elf in regards to him" narcissa said

"yes it must be done i am sure andromeda will be coming as well, because of the family magic all black family women, are now the last heir's playthings, as it should be" walburga said believing firmly in the old ways if she were alive she would have gladly given herself to her grandson

"i don't think it will affect andromeda as the spell in question will target only the youngest, so i have a feeling it will be her daughter who's now enthralled by our new master" narcissa said

"you are probably right, still make sure you put my brat of son to use, and make sure the boy is a proper heir to the house of black, no matter his viewpoint our house must live on" walburga told her favorite child
