Memories become clearer with every step I take. Every second I get closer is every second a new memory emerges.

Experiments.

Property.

Little changes.

Damaged.

It makes me want to kill them. Every single one. Every single human I see in that mask.

I hate them.

I hate them.

I hate them so much.

I know I have been going in the right direction when I see the all too familiar headquarters.

MECH.

There're already some humans in armor outside, ready to fire at absolutely any trespasser in their sight. And I am the most visible thing here.

"The Experiment!"

"Get Silas!"

I don't think straight. I only switch my hand out with a blaster and start the bloodbath. They, unluckily, let themselves get killed. They fire back. More of them are dying than when I finally get on one knee in pain. They shot my right stabilizer. I wince as I get up and continue fighting. The one they call Silas is just watching as I slowly lose the battle I have started.

Scrap!

Scrap!

Scrap!

With every hit I swear in my processor. It hurts even more than the last. The screaming isn't mine. I'm trying not to show weakness. There is no weakness. Not now. I'm simply forging on, taking down any and every soldier in the way of their commander.

Stop.

I look around, my malevolent trace broken. Carrier and Sire are standing in the shadows. Staring at the hole in my chassis.

Well.

You idiot.

I stare at the hole with what feels like a smile back on my face. Sire and Carrier seem to be crying. It kind of hurts. It hurts more than my wound. They stay hidden, absolutely knowing that they're going to get killed as well if they try to get near me.

"I'm sorry," I whisper. Carrier seems to gasp. I can't tell from this distance.

I can feel my spark slowly fade. I refuse to close my optics, at least until the two have to leave. The humans look at me die, and I can hear them put me on something before I can't really sense anything at all.
