Meiranya took days like these as riding days, it was good to get Peirax out of the dragon pit to stretch her wings. Rhaenyra accompanied her, like she often did, but had gone missing somewhere in the sky—which was also something that happened often. The sound of dragon wings whooshing to her left rang through Meiranya's ears, a familiar golden colored dragon toying with Peirax's left wing. Peirax reared her head , opening her jaws in response to Syrax's teasing. "Leykirī Peirax," Meiranya demanded, the stubborn dragon listened to its rider but chirped a warning call to Syrax.

"Rhaenyra you toy with us!" Meiranya called out to the silver haired princess who was laughing at her own teasing antics.

"I cannot hear you Meiranya!" Rhaenyra called back obnoxiously, jesturing further as it was obvious she could hear Meiranya just fine—she only dared not the listen because that would be no fun. "Say Meiranya, race me?" She queried challengingly, smiling widely.

"Only if you wish to loose Princess." Meiranya jested, "Naejot Peirax!" She demanded. Peirax roared out, flapping her large wingspan and heading toward the dragon pit. The truth was Rhaenyra and Syrax would win, Syrax was much smaller and quicker than Peirax who had an abnormally large wingspan. If given enough time Peirax would most definitely win, but it took a significant more amount of time for Peirax to gain speed.

Once landed the Dragonkeepers began their duty of calming Peirax and Syrax. "Lost again, what is that the twenty-ninth time?" Rhaenyra quipped, hoping off of Syrax and petting her neck.

"But who's counting m'lady?" Meiranya shot back sarcastically, earning a soft laugh from Rhaenyra. "I'll best you some day Rhaenyra." Meiranya promised, climbing off of Peirax and letting the Dragonkeepers direct her to the dragon pit.
