Chapter 21

Eren POV

I wake up at the hospital. Its about one o'clock in the morning. A doctor enters the room and informs me about what's going on.

Apparently the cancer is being a bitch again. I lost lots of blood so I need to stay here in the hospital for a week.

The doctor also gave me more bad news. It was about Levi.

He is in a coma. He has a fifty fifty chance of survival. He will stay in this room till he wakes up. I hope he does. And I hope he is safe.

Levi POV

It's dark. Really dark. I can't see anything. I hear screeching sounds. The what sounds like a nail being pierced into a metal wall. Then a scream. A loud scream that sounds like it came from a girl.

I then hear a loud ringing in my ear. And it gets very bright suddenly. Then finally i can see perfectly.

I look around. Im in the middle of the street. People are in suits and dresses. I hear a car honk from behind me. I run to the side walk and stand there. I look around more. I see a large sign above me. The sign says "Welcome to springside!" I smile. This seems like a good town. I turn around and begin to start walking again.

A boy around the age of ten is selling news paper. I search for money in my pockets. I find fifty cents. That's just enough to buy one. I buy one from the boy. "Have a nice day mister." The boy smiles. I smile back and walk away.

It's so sunny. Its a beautiful day. That's something I never thought I'd say or think.

To me it looks like it's 1940 something. I look at the date on the news paper. 1941. There that's why. An old mustang drives past me. I have a black suit on. Damn I'm hot.

I walk past an ally. I get grabbed and pulled into the ally. Two tall men that look a lot stronger than me stare at me. "I know who you are." One of them says. "I don't know you." I say. "I would never forget the man who killed her." My eyes go wide. "I wouldn't kill someone." I walk away. They walk after me. I start to run. "I'll kill you!" They run after me.

I run into a large public bathroom and lock the door. "Open up shrimp!" One taunts. I walk over to the mirror. And I look at the reflection. There he is. My creepy reflection. He then walk out behind me. "Levi. I told you. We are the same person. And since you can't wake up I'll take you to my world. welcome home." He then disappears and everything turns old and rundown. It's still sunny outside but I bet it looks like an apocalypse happened out there too.

A stall door opens up behind me. I turn around quickly. I suitcase sits there and a dead SWAT officer is sitting on the toilet hunched over.

I walk over and pull the suit case into the middle of the room and open it. folded clean clothes and a handgun lay inside. "Open up bitch!" Yells a voice from outside.

"Let's fight." I say and smile.
