Agere is a safe, mental headspace that many people use for coping - especially for traumatic events.
Agere is where the person regresses (mentally) into a smaller age. Common ages are 0-5.
In agere, there aren't any instances of NSFW because it's entire point is to be a safe place.
In ddlg, it's completely kink. There is still healing and coping and everything else, but in the root of it, it's still nsfw.
