Alice's POV:

(The next day, or same day idk)

Kevin has decided to use the stairs as a ramp for his sled. "This is a seriously bad idea" I whimpered.

"Relax a little" Kevin advised. I shook my head. Kevin leaned forward. The sled tilted and began to slide downstairs.

I screamed the whole way down. We flew out the door and landed in the snow.

"That was-"

"AWESOME!" Kevin finished my sentence.

3RD POV (PLANE):

Kate and Leslie are so worried about their children. Their husbands are nearby comforting them.

"The captain's doing all he can. Your phones are out of order" The flight attendant informed them.

"We'll call them as soon as we land. I'm sure everything's okay!" Leslie reassured Kate.

"Horrible just horrible" Frank added not helping the mood.

"How could we do this? We forgot them!" Kate muttered about to burst into tears.

"We didn't forget them we just miscounted" At least Peter knows how to help the mood.

"What kind of a mother am I, what kind of mothers are we?" Kate turned to Leslie.

"If you makes you feel any better I forgot my reading glasses" Frank adds annoyingly.

Everybody turns to him with a slight frown.

ANOTHER 3RD POV (MARV & HARRY):

"Five families gone on one block alone. They all told me from their own mouths." Harry scoffed.

"It's almost too easy" Marv added.

"All the houses with nobody home...have automatic timers on their lights. But I got it all figured out. Watch this"

"Number 664... will be going on right about...now. [it does] Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Number 672...right...now. [does so] Wait a minute. Wait a minute"

"671...now. And that's the one, Marvin. That's the silver tuna" Harry grinned.

671 was Kevin's house (and Alice's TEMPORARY house).

"It's very G" Marv swooned.

"Very G, huh? It's loaded. It's got lots of topflight goods. Stereos, VCRs..." Harry claimed.

"Toys?" Marv asked turning to Harry.

"Probably lookin' at some very fine jewelry. Possible cash hoard. Odd marketable securities. Who knows? It's a gem. Grab your crowbar" Harry ordered.

The two criminals clinked their crowbars together; as if they were crystal glasses with champagne in them.

Alice POV:

Me and Kevin were sitting in the one-person chair squashed up against each other. He was sleeping, meanwhile I was invested in the movie.

A faint sound of car door slam, wakes Kevin up from his peaceful little nap.

"Good morning sleepyhead" I cooed. Kevin didn't respond instead turned his head in the direction of the sound.

The shadows of two men appear on the silky curtains. "Maybe we're seeing things" I offered, besides it was really late at night.

"No it's real" Kevin whispered. He jumped out of the chair, leaving me still sitting down. Kevin grabbed my arm and pulled me up.

I heard rattling sounds in the basement room. We flipped every light switch on the bottom floor. Including the basement's.
