Christmas Party (part 2)

ROMA

I was shocked, unable to comprehend anything at the moment. Eliana is cheating on Augustus with prof.Barry? What is she thinking?Before I could say anything, Kate gasped too loud and dropped her phone that made the couple break their snogging session.

Eliana frustrated with the loss of contact screeched "What are you guys doing here!? Lights got turned on from somewhere, but that's not important now.
Kate and her sarcasm jumped in "I guess the question should move the other way around."
Sam, without wasting time on Eliana, directly enquired Prof. Barry, "Sir, isn't this party suppose to be for just first years?"

Sir replied with his thick, popping voice "It is...it is my dear kids. But I thought if all of you would be invited for the party except for Eliana, it might come out rude."

Now this is the limit! I can't buy this crap anymore! I have to vent it out.

"Really, then did you also invite her into the tent thinking it will seem rude if you don't."
Eliana's annoying pitch pinched into my ears again, "Stop acting like a jealous brat."

Like Sam, I turned  to prof. Barry too. "Is that the reason why she scored the highest grades than all professor? Because you and her are...hmm...let's say in a forbidden relationship?"

"It's nothing of that sort my child. Please don't disclose this, I will give you better grades or even make you the class president if you want."

"Do I look 5 to you sir. I have morals and ethics professor." My voice was undeniably higher now.

"Shut up now you little git! I have had enough of your drama. You are too uptight for yourself."

( He was marching towards me with a belt in hand that was lying on the floor. His walk was unstable and his legs were wobbling. I noticed earlier his tongue was stuttering a little too. All this indicates that he is drunk. I am a black belt and have learnt you should always play fair. If opponent is drunk, then defend yourself but never attack. I was ready)

NICHOLAS

I was too shocked to catch up in the argument. I could see it all flashing back! She is another Savannah! The only difference being, Augustus is standing in my shoes this time. (A/N : Description of Savannah will be given soon in few chapters)

Poor you Augustus, but I am not the same Nicholas anymore. I got back to my senses when Roma's voice got high and I saw prof.Barry marching towards her. As a natural instinct I simply got beside Roma to help her out. I know she can manage, but with what I have comprehended, I don't want her to handle this alone.

Before I could do anything Roma kicked him in the in the nuts to defend herself and I took the opportunity to snatch the belt from his hand and twirl it around his neck. Not tighten it, but held with enough grip that he can't escape.

"Now there...there old man." I whispered in his ears so only he could hear, "you are high on drugs aren't you?"

He stopped and looked at me with shock evident in his eyes, I knew it. I should have known it better. Things are going out of control now, a teacher has been a victim for what Augustus is doing. I am practically threatening to hurt
prof. Barry but Eliana's eyes show no guilt, remorse or fear. All it shows is rage, arrogance and fake tears. She surely doesn't has feelings for prof.Barry. But the real question for me is, whether she is doing this for better grades or is she Augustus' alibi. I have to get her off my back soon.
