TWS: Fading, Crying, talking about burning alive/undead

Bruce

It's been two days since we all went out and Billy came back partly faded, we've banned him in the house until we can help him, but the clock is ticking after all, 5 days left before he's lost. We've all asked Griffin for more details but he doesn't know since he never thought to find out since it was only him before who could leave.

So here I am, sitting in a library looking for a book on fading with Finney at the other half of the library, the cool thing about being a ghost is that the library is stocked with new books, like old books. I've probably been looking in the library for both days I think, the time really does go slow though.

I've found about 3 books on fading and none of them had the cure, Finney found a few books that had pages of fading but nothing worked, he's also found 17 cure books which of none, had the cure.

But I did find out from the books I found is that the first 3 days are usually normal besides the fading slowly spreading, but on day 4 the spreading is a bit faster and he gets something near a flu, I forgot what its called but it makes him really sick, kind of like getting the Flu but x3.

3rd Person

Bruce scaled the bookshelves, trying to find the cure to the fade so Billy wouldn't be lost. From more of Bruce's reading he figured out that lost means he becomes a lost soul who gets sent away to the valley of lost souls, wherever that is.

Bruce then stumbled upon a book called 'Fading tips and tricks'. He quickly grabbed it and flipped through the pages, scanning ever page briefly. He then stopped and smiled, the chapter of the page was in big bold letters and it read Finding The Cure.

He quickly shut the book and found Finney, he didn't say anything but pull him along to sign the book out. The lady was a bit weirded out but she signed it out anyways and they ran off, running down the road to the house.

They soon arrived and sprinted down the steps, then shutting the door when inside.

"GUYS I FOUND THE BOOK!" Bruce yelled, his voice ringing throughout their home. Not long after everybody came running, but Billy and Griffin walked. Billy's leg had faded to the point he couldn't walk so Griffin was helping him up and about.

Bruce opened the book and started reading everything out, "It says, One who must be cured has not a lot of time to live-undead, finish this cure before the 7 day mark or your friend, family, or other will be gone. To cure a fading ghost, you must be careful as some of these can hurt ghosts. You will need a skeletons funny bone, 7 blades of purple grass, water from the great lake of Lonas, and bread. After all ingredients are collected you must stir them together in a pot that is being heated from below, good luck fellow ghosts."

Vance was writing the cure and important notes on a piece of paper he had on him whilst Bruce was reading outloud, once he was finished Vance tore the paper into 4 pieces and handed one to Bruce, Finney and Robin, and he kept the last for himself.

"Okay I gave you guys paper so get the ingredient thats on your paper and be careful! And Griffin," Vance turned his body to face the shorter male. "Stay here with Billy and keep him safe, from what Bruce has told me from some of his books, in two days Billy will get badly sick so we'll need to keep you both together so somebody can look after him. We may even quarantine you both if it's contagious. Now lets go!"
