Jungkook had always been very perceptive. He was used to predicting things and always being right, it helped him that his plans were always logical and worked. This good perception had given him a critical and intelligent eye for business, even though he was just a young man, he could find ways to make money on the first try.

Sure, everything under his control.

He liked control, because if there was control then there would be no unexpected things, no unforeseen events, and no confusing emotions.

Lisa told him that it was the Virgo in him, and that due to his multiple Scorpio placements he couldn't help but be passionate, intense and controlling. That was supposed to sound bad but she told him that as she was kissing his torso one morning with the dawn light filtering through his apartment window after he got cranky because the D-Kitten-Stupid twin replied to one of her Instagram stories.

Did he care that the story was just her breakfast and the D-Kitten-Stupid twin was just sending little hearts to ask how good it was?

Who did he think he was to talk to his girlfriend at 7 in the morning??

Despite the distractions, he was beginning to find what she said true.

Jungkook liked to know everything that was happening, everything that could happen so he could control it, he could make a plan, and, because of that, it was making him nervous not being able to perceive what was happening with Lisa.

He first noticed it when they went to say goodbye to Jimin and Jennie at the airport.

He didn't want to cry, but his eyes inevitably filled with tears when Jimin hugged him and told him that he would be back for Christmas without fail, so he could tell him how he was doing in his first year.

They were supposed to meet in the halls of the university, and have lunch together, Jimin was supposed to guide him...

Regardless, over Jimin's shoulder, he saw Lisa with her arms crossed, rubbing them as if she was cold. Far from looking sad, she looked distraught and... weird.

He knew her and that wasn't just anguish, it was something else.

"Take care of him, Lisa," Jimin told her when he pulled away and Lisa didn't show one of her big smiles, this one was forced, accompanied by a weak nod.

Her eyes didn't come back up and focused on the ground.

What was going on?

"Call me if you need anything," Taehyung wrapped his best friend in a hug and distracted Jungkook who looked at them sadly. They were closer, besides being the same age, they had always been partners and Taehyung had often taken care of Jimin from bullies who wanted to come for him because of his economic situation. It wasn't bad but Jimin didn't come from a Chaebol family nor did he have millions in the bank. "I will really miss you."
