Part Twenty

Lisa was still wondering and kept on looking at Jungkook , who stared at her back with a different glint in his eyes . Sure Lisa couldn't point it out .

She cleared her throat a little bit loudly and looked ahead . And stood up and was about to leave.

But a hand grasped her arm and she stopped .

"Where are you going?" Jungkook asked

"Going to set up the picnic" Lisa answered and tugged her arm but Jungkook wouldn't let her .

"Let me go" Lisa said with our looking at Jungkook in the eyes and Jungkook felt hurt and he stood up slowly and turned Lisa around .

Lisa was looking down at her feet , just closing her eyes a bit but opened them widely .

"Look at me" Jungkook whispered

Lisa didn't answer .

"Why is she ignoring me?" Jungkook thought and suddenly the thought of Lisa ignoring him like he's a fly or a piece of trash is hurting him badly . What has Lisa done to him ? It has been almost a month since they got married and he felt insecure about this typical feeling he's having at this moment .

"Look at me" this time he whispered softly but with with a hurt tone and Lisa , like she has been hypnotized , immediately looked up at the sound of Jungkook's tone .

"Ah you finally looked at me" Jungkook joked and Lisa couldn't help but giggle .

"Why are you ignoring me?" Jungkook said and doubted his question after . What type of stupid question is that ?

"I don't know" Lisa said . "I don't feel necessary for you to be saying this lovey dovey things around me though I'm just a wife for you , nothing else" Lisa said and looked hopefully at Jungkook .

Jungkook rolled his eyes and pinched the space between his brows and he was looking down . Can't Lisa understand something ? Why is she the one backing him away from her ? Jungkook wants to have peaceful relationship with his dear wife even though this marriage might mean nothing but a mission for her to change him .

Someone would have just fainted upon seeing Jungkook's weird behavior these days .

"Lisa I don't understand you these days" Jungkook said and looked up , glancing at Lisa's face as she was quite shorter than him .

"Neither did I" Lisa snapped and silence answered and suddenly Lisa bursted out laughing and she kept on clapping while doing so , walking over to the picnic basket with a shocked and amused ( not likely ) at her heals .

Lisa carried a huge sheet and placed it on the ground and sat down . She tapped down the space beside her and smiled blissfully at Jungkook , while he sat down as well .

"So what are we going to eat?" Jungkook asked .

"You will see" Lisa said and brought out : Sandwiches , Juices , Muffins , Cakes , Fruits and finally strawberries with hot melted chocolate .

They started eating and talked for a bit sharing their lives' experiences with each other and for once Jungkook never felt so alive and comfortable with a women before .

"So the fishing part........" Lisa began but broke off and stared at Jungkook .

"Okay" Jungkook said and the to of them stored the things back into the basket and stood up . Jungkook carried the fishing equipment and Lisa followed him .

They both found themselves staring right before a very big majestic pond . They soon prepared themselves and Jungkook gave Lisa her rod , tackle , hook , bait , reel and line and Lisa connected them together and Jungkook did the same with his own .
