Chapter Twenty Six

For the second time that Lisa woke up , it was late at night . She reached her hand to touch Jungkook but didn't feel him at all.

She frowned . Where is he?

She stood up and walked to the balcony and coincidentally found Jungkook who was looking up at the moonlight while leaning on the rails.

"Jungkook?" Lisa called out softly and Jungkook turned to look at her and went back to seeing the sky.

"Jungkook why aren't you sleeping?" Lisa asked , standing beside him and Jungkook sighed.

"I'm just thinking about my painful past" Jungkook admitted and Lisa held both of his hands making him face her.

"Jungkook it's time to let go of your past and move on , I know it might be hard to forget but this is the present" Lisa said . Jungkook was starting to feel better after hearing Lisa's words.

"Thanks Lisa , I'm happy that I have you , it seems like Mother made a good decision by getting the two of us married , I felt that we're meant for each other otherwise I would have divorce you earlier" Jungkook said.

"Yeah,..." Lisa blushed upon hearing the words but she can't help but feel so uneasy thinking about them . If Jungkook have disrespected their relationship , he would have divorced her earlier.

Lisa felt reluctant to even divorce him . Though she said that she wanted a divorce today , she felt her heart breaking by the mere thought of going away from Jungkook .

Seeing the uneasy look on Lisa's face , Jungkook got the hint but he decided to tease her , "Ah yes I think I should have divorce you , maybe I should call the lawyer"

Lisa felt sad and enraged when she heard him , "No please I don't think it is right to get a divorce now , maybe soon"

And now the tables have turned and it was Jungkook that felt upset , "No I don't want to get a divorce , I was just joking , didn't you hear what I was saying today that I can't live without you"

Lisa didn't notice that Jungkook had her in his arms and she blushed but she wrapped her arms around Jungkook's neck.

"I know  , I was joking too" Lisa said .

"I really think I should really forget my past" Jungkook said and Lisa glanced at him.

"Jungkook I won't be with you for long as I have to wright the entrance exam and go to SS so that means..."

"I won't see you for a half of a year" Jungkook sadly completed Lisa's sentence for her and looked down , feeling the urge to cry for some reasons.

"Jungkook what happened?" Lisa asked and Jungkook looked back at her.

"It's just that I feel lonely and sad when I heard that you will go to SS , somehow I can't bear the thought of being away from you" Jungkook said and Lisa smiled at his warm admittance.

"You know what?" Lisa asked as she cupped Jungkook's face . "I will miss you so bad"

"....." Jungkook was so speechless that he can't think in the process . Yet he believed that surely Lisa will miss him and will come back to him.

"Jungkook what happened?" Lisa asked him . She was worried because Jungkook didn't answer her yet.

Before she could even ask another question again , her lips were covered by another pair of lips. Lisa was shocked that she didn't kiss back.

Jungkook bit her lower lip and that's the time that Lisa got her senses back and so she kissed him back.

"I will miss you too" Jungkook said in the kiss and Lisa felt comforted then.

And the couple shared a passionate kiss in the moonlight.

The next day , Lisa was walking with Somi on the pavement , they both decided to buy books for school in order not to waste time , the day for entrance exam is near and they will be leaving soon.

Lisa though about her and Jungkook's talk the other day in the late night , she smiled and blushed when she thought of the words.

While Somi is wondering what has gone to her sister-in-law all of a sudden but knowing her , she knew it's about her brother.

They have reached the bookshop and entered , everyone looked at them and recognized them.

"Come in , feel free to explore this bookshop" The owner said . Lisa sent a smile towards her and the owner was speechless.

"We're here to buy some books" Somi said and dragged Lisa inside and searched for the books.

"Found them" Somi said and gave Lisa her share and got her share and they went to the cashier and brought them.

While they were coming back , carrying plastic bags , a man wearing a mask and had a gun in his hand appeared in their way.

"Give me all of your money , your jewelry and everything expensive" The man said and Lisa wasn't afraid and was prepared to fight him . She learned Kung Fu when she was a child so she obviously know how to fight.

"Try" Lisa said boldly and Somi looked at her , like she was saying "Lisa this man has a gun!"

But Lisa ignored that and stared coldly at the man and before the man could even react , Lisa dashed ahead and caught the knife from him and broke his wrist and kicked him in the stomach . The man hit the ground heavily and fainted .

"Wow sister you're so awesome" Somi said with excitement . "But what are we going to do with the knife?"

"Keep it" Lisa said before putting the knife in her handbag and the both girls are starting to go but a young boy soon came in front of them. He was handsome and is around Lisa's age.

"Hi I'm Shen Qiang" The boy said nicely and Lisa smiled at him .

"Hi I'm Jeon Lisa and this is my sister , Jeon Somi" Lisa introduced herself and Somi and they shook hands with Shen Qiang.

"I saw your moves and you're really amazing , can you teach me?" Shen Qiang said with hope.

"I would love to but I have to go to school soon and there's no way I will have time to teach you" Lisa said apologetically . She felt that Shen Qiang has good manners so she didn't mind having him for a friend.

"Which school are you going to?" Shen Qiang asked .

"We both are going to SS soon" Lisa replied and Shen Qiang's eyes lit up.

"Really I'm going to SS soon as you guys so by that way , is it possible to teach me when we're there?" Shen Qiang asked at the end and Lisa thought for a while and nodded .

"Great see you and bye" Shen Qiang said and left while Lisa and Somi went back home.
