"April do you really think this is fair to be treating the guys like this?" Alexis asks as she is walking with April late at night.
"Yes." April says sternly.
"They didn't mean for it to happen. You have to know they wouldn't allow this to happen on purpose." Alexis says as she and April stop walking.
"Alexis I'm not changing my mind. You know well it's because of us getting around mutants at all that dad is gone himself." April says angrily.
"April we saw what happened but we also know the guys. You truly want to blame them for that? It wasn't their fault." Alexis says.
"Yes Alexis it was. I don't want around anymore mutants." April says sternly.
"Okay fine. But tell me something. How does that make you feel about me?" Alexis asks.
"What are you talking about?" April asks.
"April I'm a wolf shifter. You know that. I'm also not your actual sister. I'm adopted." Alexis says.
"Yes. I know that. What's your point?" Aprila asks annoyedly.
"If you feel that way about mutants then you shouldn't even wanna be around me. I'm not exactly human myself." Alexis says as she gestures to herself.
"But you also didn't cause dad to become a mutant. Besides you're my sister." April says.
"April." Alexis says.
"Alexis I'm not changing my mind about this. I don't care. Besides aren't you mad at them? You were upset too." April says as she crosses her arms.
"Look April I'm mad at the fact they broke their promise. But the rest I don't see being their fault. I don't blame them for that." Alexis says.
"Well I do." April says sternly.
"April I-" Alexis then gets cut off by April.
"Shh." April says as she looks around before looking at Alexis as she nods.
"We know you're there! We know you're following us." Alexis says as she shifts to wolf form growling.
"Come out so we can see you!" April shouts before she throws her fan behind a trash can causing someone to fall out onto the ground.
"Donnie?" Alexis asks as she and April see Donatello.
"Alexis, April! Funny us both passing through this shady back alley at the same exact time huh? So um h- how have you been?" Donatello asks nervously as he stands up.
"Oh you know. The usual. Homework, Chess club, dealing with a father who turned into a homicidal mutant bat." April says annoyedly.
"April, Alexis it wasn't completely our fault. But I'm sorry that-" Donatello then gets cut off by April.
"Not as sorry as I am! I want to be left alone Donnie. No more talking mutants in my life. I never want to see you again!" April says angrily before beginning to walk off.
"April." Alexis says as she looks at April.
"April? Some things are just beyond our control." Donatello says as he gives an apologetic look at April as she looks at him before walking off.
"You coming Alexis or not!?" April says from around the corner.
"Be there in a moment!" Alexis shouts back.
"Alexis?" Donatello asks.
"I'm sorry Donnie. I don't want things to be like this but..." Alexis says as she sighs.
"But you know it wasn't entirely our fault." Donatello says.
"I only know what I saw Donnie. But you still broke your promise of returning Kirby to us safely. You all did. You know how I feel about losing my family as it is." Alexis says as she pins her ears back sadly.
"I know and I'm sorry." Donatello says sadly.
"I know. Goodbye Donatello." Alexis says as she walks off reluctantly.
