Late at night as Alexis is walking she soon hears people walking behind her before quickly speeding up her pace.
"Where you going hot stuff?" A male voice asks.
"Yeah. We just wanna chat with you." Another male voice asks before Alexis begins to run.
"Get her!" A male voice shouts as Alexis quickly takes a turn down an ally.
"Oh no. Dead end." Alexis says as she sees she is trapped.
"There she is!" A man shouts as Alexis sees four guys looking her way.
"Get her!" A man shouts before the four men tackle Alexis down and putt a cloth in her mouth and blindfold her.
"Mmph!" Alexis says as she tries to speak and get lose to no avail.
"Let's just tie her up and take her with us. We can do more without interruption at our hideout." A man says as Alexis's arms are tied behind her back.
"Mmph!" Alexis says as she feels herself being picked up while trying to get loose.
"Quit squirming you little brat!" The man holding Alexis says angrily before another slaps her.
"How about you put her down instead?" A male voice says.
"Who said that?" The man holding Alexis asks.
"I did. Now put her down and leave or there is gonna be trouble." A male voice sounding much closer this time says.
"No way. We caught this girl fair and square. She's ours to do as we please. Do you think we'd just let go of a beautiful and young body like this? Not a chance now out of our way." A man says.
"I don't think so. You're not going anywhere with her." The man says as Alexis feels herself be placed against the wall on the ground.
"Get him boys!" A man shouts before Alexis hears fighting.
"What the heck are you!? You're a freak!" A man asks in fear.
"Least I don't sit and kidnap innocent women. Now beat it!" A man says angrily as Alexis hears people running.
"Mmph! Mmm!" Alexis says in fear as she tries to get loose.
"Don't worry miss. I'll get you free. Just hang tight for a moment." The man says as Alexis feels him untie her wrists before she takes the cloth out of her mouth.
"Thank you. I'm not sure who you are but thank you. You saved my life." Alexis says kindly.
"Of course. Wait! Hold on! Don't take the-" The man then gets cut off as Alexis takes off her blindfold to see a human sized turtle with a staff and purple mask kneeling next to her as she immediately gives an expression of fear.
"Please don't scream! Please. I won't hurt you. I promise." The turtle says as he covers Alexis's mouth upon seeing she is about to scream.
"W-What are you?" Alexis asks as she slowly moves the turtle's hands off her mouth.
"Well I'm a mutant. I'm also a ninja. Look I don't wanna hurt you. I just wanted to help you. You were in danger. I couldn't just walk away. I understand if you're scared but please understand I won't hurt you. I have no intention of hurting you." The turtle says kindly.
"You're not gonna hurt me?" Alexis asks.
"No. Why on earth would I hurt you?" The turtle asks.
"Well you're kinder than most. What's your name?" Alexis asks.
"Donatello Hamato. What's yours?" The turtle asks kindly as he smiles.
"Alexis Hathaway. Thank you for saving me. I'm sorry for reacting like that. You just startled me." Alexis says.
"Not a problem. It's not the first time someone's reacted that way. It's understandable. I mean this red haired girl I know reacted the same way." Donatello says.
"Red haired girl. Are you talking about April O'Niel?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Wait. You know April?" Donatello asks curiously.
"Yeah. She's my sister. You must be the ones who saved her the night our father was taken. Or well mainly her father. I'm her adopted sister." Alexis says as she smiles softly.
"So you're the Alexis she told us about." Donatello says as he smiles.
"Yeah. Nice to finally meet her friends." Alexis says kindly.
"So why were you out here by yourself?" Donatello asks.
"Walking home from work. I have a job at this restaurant that I took since dad was taken." Alexis says.
"Well would you trust me enough to walk you home?" Donatello asks kindly as he helps Alexis to her feet.
"I'd like that. Would you be willing to stay for a pizza or something? I haven't ate dinner and it would be the least I can do for a thank you." Alexis says as she smiles.
"I'd love that." Donatello says kindly before he begins walking with Alexis.
