"I am unhappy"
It's a sentence we don't hear often, yet is probably the most relatable sentence there is.
We lie for others and say "I'm fine", sadly, we might also lie for our own sake.
The moment you tell someone else of your unhappiness, it becomes real.
Your worries, your sorrows– they're no longer your own. Those around you will also feel those emotions.
Those emotions we all would rather keep to ourselves.
I've yet to say "I'm fine" and actually mean it. I don't think anyone means it.
What does it even mean to be fine?
