"Mr.brown your wife is here" The principle walked into my classroom
I was currently working at an elementary school as a 3rd grade teacher
"mr. brown you got a girlfriend " one of my students gassed making me chuckle
"Bae I didn't mean to interrupt or anything but Darcie is in the hospital and their saying they don't know if the baby is gonna make it but I can't get ahold of anybody" she panicked but whispered in my ear

"Mama is gon be okay , darcie is strong baby she got this. She gon pull through" I said hugging her as she cried on my shoulder
"I can't lose her , she's the closest thing I have to a little sister" she sobbed

"She's awake and breathing , unfortunately you guys cannot see her until tomorrow's visiting hours"

"7:40Am-9:45pm"

"I gotchu it's just gon be us we need some alone time , then we can do something for your birthday when we get back" I said making her smile big
