After the Sao Paulo grand prix, Fernando arranged for Max and Lewis to meet eachother to talk about what happened, in front of the other drivers in case all hell broke lose. It was their first incident of the season, and the drivers who didn't know they were together were all nervous to see what would happen.

FA- Right, I think that you guys need to talk this out, everyone needs else needs to stay quiet
LH- So why are they here then
FA- Just in case all hell breaks lose between the two of you
MV- Well, Lewis do you want to start
LH- Certainly Max, well I think that I should have left you some more room in the corner
MV- Well I should have backed out of the corner
LH- Well we were racing
MV- But it was your corner as you were ahead
LH- No, you ended up being alongside me
MV- I could have turned more into the corner and if I had avoided the curbs then I wouldn't have bumped into you
LH- And if I had left you more room then you would have avoided the curbs
MV- Well
LH- I feel that the 5 second penalty was harsh especially since you had to pit to change your front wing
MV- I mean the Red Bull team were rapid fire in changing that
LH- Compared to changing your wheel later on
MV- That was a nightmare

As Max and Lewis were having the conversation in the middle of the room, Lando and Alex were having a whispered conversation with eachother.

LN- What on earth is going on
AA- I have no idea
LN- I thought they would be defending themselves not eachother
AA- Agreed, it is rather odd

LH- Right now that we have talked it out can we please leave
MV- Yes I have better things to be getting on with instead of standing in front of everyone with Lewis
GR- So you'd be standing with Lewis but just not in front of everyone
MV- Don't be silly, I wouldn't be standing up
GR- Oh my god
LH- Right I'm going now, see you guys later
MV- Yes goodbye
