The annual day was right around the corner, and students were looking forward to this as any student always does. But this year, there were many more expectations as there have been nothing but surprises when it comes to such announcements. This was no different.
Suddenly an announcement was made.
" There will be a lot of cash prizes this year, but there is a twist. The central theme for this year is Dance forms and their Preserving. So the main event for this year is a dance competition, and you can dance in duets, triplets or groups. You might be like, what is so special about a dance competition? Well, observe there is no solo dance. It is because each team has to have at least one teacher. The winner will be receiving a grand prize, and the selection will be based on the votes cast by the students. So be sure that your dance adheres to the students."
The students were shocked and excited after the announcement. Many thought this will be the right time to bond with their favourite teachers and the teachers were also excited as they don't get such opportunities often. There were people flocking around the teachers some bigger than others but everyone was enjoying it.

Anasuya was not approached by anyone. She was shocked and was down because she thought she would be the popular one. Although she is popular, because of her strict persona many didn't dare to approach her. Even Suman was hesitant on asking his mother to join his group.

Even Sid didn't approach Anasuya which was the straw that broke the camel's back. This made Anasuya very sad.
Two days passed ........
Sid came to Anasuya for regular study lessons, when he asked " Which dance team are you performing in mam? " to which Anasuya replied in a dismal way "None".
Sid was shocked and exclaimed Whaaaat ? I thought you were already a part of some group, so I didn't ask you. Even I am alone, shall we form a pair mam?
Anasuya was delighted to hear it and happily accepted his proposal.
But the real story was different. If Sid wanted many teachers would come to him as he is the son of school proprietor. But he wanted to make Anasuya feel alone and he wanted to be the one who would save her from loneliness. Suman for some unknown reason didn't ask Anasuya which was a plus for Sid.
