I was sitting on the roof of the ministry listening to music,when there was a tap on my shoulder.
I turned to see cardinal crying.
I took one of my headphones out.

"It's my fault."
I patted my lap as he sat down I rapped my arms around him.
"What's your fault?"
"Terzo's death."
"It's not your fault baby, it wasn't anyone's."
"Yeah but-"
I placed a finger on his lips sushing him.

He continued crying as I layed my head on his shoulder.

Cardinal nodded slightly as I put my other headphone in his ear.

I looked at cardinal and saw he had fell asleep. I layed his head on my chest and layed him down alittle.
"Sleep well princess."

Time skip.

I woke up on the roof and looked down at cardinal. His hat had fell down to his side as I placed it back on his head.
"Ngh what's going on?"
Cardinal sat up as I smiled.
"Nothing."
I rapped my arms around him as he leaned his head on my chest.
"You still tired?"
"Mh just a little."
"Want me to carry you?"
"Please?"
I picked cardinal up and took him back into the ministry.
"Oh hey guys."
"Hey Swiss." I waved at him and walked into cardinal's room.
"We're here."
I placed him into his chair as I sat on the bed.
"Y/n?"
"Yeah baby?"
"Why are you so nice to me see as I was so rude before?"
"Terzo once told me 'treat people right and they will respect you' and I still remember it 5 years later."
Cardinal smiled at me as I smiled.
"You still wanna sleep?"
Cardinal gave me his grabby hands as I picked him up and placed him on the bed.
"Have a nice nap darling."
I said as I walked to the door.
"I love you y/n."
"I love you to darling."
