It was the next day that they came. In huge numbers. Greece was not ready for this attack. Juleases awoke to the sound of catapults and explosions and people screaming. Sam was awake sitting up in his bed. "Father, what do we do? What is happening?" Sam asked. "I don't have the slightest idea Sam, but there is something I must give you." Juleases replied. He brought out a sword wrapped in old leather and handed it to Sam. "Sam, you must help defend the empire. You are our only hope." "But, Father?" Sam asked determined. "Just go Sam. Be quick and strong. Watch you and your brothers backs." Juleases said holding back tears. "I love you, father." And Sam was gone. Off to battle.
