JoshPOV: I was woken up by the sound of my alarm going off i reached over and turned it off i put my hands over my face wiping the tiredness from my eyes I got up and did my morning routine as usual I was doing my hair when my boyfriend Alex came up to me and said.

Alex: hey you better be home at exactly 3:30 tonight. I mean it. I don't want a repeat of last time you hear me josh

Josh: yes Alex

I said I hated Alex with every fiber in my body. I wanted to break up with him so badly but couldn't cause I feared what he would do to me also if you were wondering what happened last time here you go.

Flashback

I was running and running all the way home I was and hour late it was past 3:30 I prayed Alex would not be angry with me but I already knew the outcome of that I kept running down the street from work trying to get home and not be late as soon as I got to the apartment I opened the door with my key and sure enough there was Alex on the couch looking at his belt in his hand I looked at him with fear in my eyes I already knew what was to come

Josh: Alex before you do anything j-just hear me out okay babe look I was at the office okay I was on my way home when these guys kept following me and they kept cat calling me

3rd pov: Alex slowing got up and looked at Josh

Josh: Alex, please don't do this. I promise I won't do it again

3rd pov: Alex slowly walked closer to Josh, arms at his sides belt in his left hand

Josh: Alex *trembling breaths* please *back against the door* Alex please stop

3rd pov: With one hand movement Alex hit Josh in the face with the belt Josh fell to the floor. He had tears in his eyes

Josh: *cries* Alex, please stop. I promise I won't do it again. *Cries*

Alex: you know sometimes you really piss me off Josh I DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU JOSH AND YET YOU CAN'T EVEN OBEY ME AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DISOBEY ME I have to teach you a lesson this time you are going to stay in the closet for a month you do not come out unless I say you can you understand

3rd pov: Alex grabs Josh's wrist so hard it leaves a bruise on him. Josh cried and begged Alex to stop, but he didn't. Alex then threw Josh into a closet and locked him in there. Josh then banged on the door and asked Alex to please open the door, but Alex didn't listen. For a whole month Josh stayed in that pitch black closet, too scared to make a sound, scared of what Alex might do to him and then once the month was over Josh heard Alex coming to the door.

Alex: Josh you there

Josh: *in the closet* y-yes sir

Alex: are you gonna behave

Josh: yes sir

Alex: are you gonna follow the rules and be a good boy

Josh: yes sir, I promise to be a good boy. I promise I'm gonna behave. I promise to follow the rules
