After I yelled after Mitsuri Obanai slowly woke up.
''Giyuu what's going on?''
I looked down at him, he was sleeping so peaceful and now I have to give him the horrible news about what Mitsuri saw.
''Well shortly, your girlfriend saw us cuddling and ran away crying.''
He looked at me with wide, sad eyes.
''You're kidding? Right?''
I shake my head as a no and he gets out of bed , putting his shoes on and going after his loved one. He ran out of the room calling her name.

I stayed in bed and I got worried. What if Obanai broke up with Mitsuri only because of me? It would hurt him more than me dying for sure.

I had to get up. I had to go and help my friend , that I wished to be much more.I couldn't stay by and watch him getting hurt because of me.
So I did get up, then I untied my hand from the thread that connected me to the bag of blood, now, feeling its absence.

But I couldn't care less about myself now. I had to go and help him, even if the price that had to be paid for that was huge for me.

I went down the corridor as fast as I could until I saw the two people I was searching for arguing.
''Mitsuri I swear that I love you!''
''Then why were you in a bed, cuddling, with a man?! WITH MY FRIEND?!''

I came out from around the corner and shouted at both of them:
''Enough! Mitsuri this is a misunderstanding. You've got it all wrong.''
''OH I see what's going on here. Tomioka of course you stay by Iguro's side. And guess what? I don't care. I will sure find someone that doesn't lie to me and doesn't tell me I'm the only one they love even if it's not true. Goodbye Iguro.''

Then, turning on her heels, she left faster than she came. Iguro could no longer speak, he was frozen. The person he loved wasn't there anymore and it was all my fault.

''I'm so so sorry. It's all my fault and-'' I tried to break the silence between his sobs.
''You know what? It is only your fault. If you didn't protect me back then I would not have felt guilty.'' He got up and started coming closer to me.
''I would not have spended that time with you, I would've stayed with her. I could've gave her more attention, make her feel more loved. I would not have showed you anything about myself!''

He was yelling and kept coming closer until my back was pressed against the wall.
''YOU WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IMPORTANT TO ME AT ALL!''
He started crying and slightly hit my chest with clenched fists.

I hugged him, he needed a hug, he needed someone that can be there for him.

Soon he gave in and let me hug him.
''I'm sorry.'' He softly whispers.
''It's alright.'' I told him.

Time passed by slowly and he let go and wiped the tears that soaked his face.
''You should go back to the room. And weren't you attached to a blood bag?''
''Oh, yea. I was.''
''Then why did you take it off?''
''I wanted to help you so I had to hurry.''

The truth was that I was a bit dizzy already and leaned in the wall without any other balance.

''Yea and now we're going back.''
The shorter male took my hand and we both walked back to my room and I laid back down.
''I think I'm going to go now. Get well soon alright?''
''I will don't worry.''
We said our goodbyes and he left.

The thing is that we didn't know that goodbye were the words that we will last hear from each other.

Weeks went by and Obanai fully got over his break up with Mitsuri.
Everything was going just well between us two, until that day.

''CAW CAW! MASTER UBUYASHI HAS ENCOUNTERED THE DEMON KING AND NEED HELP AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!!''

The announcement was made when me and Obanai were hanging out. I was now white like a piece of paper and pretty close to death, but the master was more important than that.

We got up and started running towards his manison faster than ever. We need to get there as fast as we could.
