5 years passed by .

In these five years, Shaurya hasn't visited his house or given her a call to check on her, not even to see if anything unpleasant has occurred.

He would just call his parents, ask about their well-being & few daily folks and then ends the call .

He has reserved himself just to few selected people .

In these 5 years , anokhi too, has gone through alot .

Each second would feel like a decade to her .

With each passing day , she concerted hard to forget the incident that occured 5 years ago , but she couldn't.

She continues to look after his parents despite Shaurya's distress and annoyance with her, as she had promised when he first joined the service.

She would regularly check on Shanoor to see whether they had eaten properly or not and if they were taking their medications as prescribed.

From the past five years, she has led a silent life.

She no longer exudes the same attractiveness and frequently chooses to endure her suffering in solitude and by herself.

She is accustomed to just stare at the stars and continuously keep thinking about that day .

His 5 years before spoken words were still fresh to her ears .

Still his words would ring in her ears .

"Maine kya socha tha tumhare baare mai ... Aur tum kya nikli ... Thankyou for proving me wrong ... You bloody wh*re..."

"Aaj ke baad apni shakal bhi mat dikhana mujhe warna mujhse bura koi nhi hoga ..."

" I hate u ... Nafrat ... Nhi ghinnn aati hai mujhe tumse ... "

"Just - get - lost - from - my - life ...."

A year before Aastha's beeji shifted to Sabherwal house as her husband i.e., Aastha's bauji passed away couple of years before .
