(Percy's POV)
I walked through the hospital, finally getting to my fathers room... I just got the call saying he passed in his sleep. I kinda felt bad for the old man, but then again I get most of his land, and money! Being the last of his family has some use. I must have looked as if I actually cared though, time to bring out the water works.

After the funeral we would be talking about the inheritance honestly I was happy but of course I couldn't show it. It was time for the family to view the body. I started dramatically sobbing. Then after around 5 minutes I went and sat back down. Then friends, and co-workers went up to pay their respects.

Me, my fathers mistress, and the family lawyer were all sat down in the office. After a moment of silence, the lawyer spoke up "I'm so sorry for your loss, but let's get started on the inheritance." A video of my father before the illness became worse he began to talk "If you are watching this I sadly passed away. Macy you will be getting my beach house and half my money-" I frown at this but perked up to my name. "For my only son Percy, you will have my house my main house and the other half of my money but one more thing!" Confusion crossed my face. "I bought a forest a while ago it! It's all yours"
