Chapter 29 : Lonely Birthday

Days and days past, today's 4th of December. It's Jin's birthday but it seems he must have forget about it because too much papers he have to finish today.

SoJun's POV
I woke up when my phone's alarm starts to ring very loud. I don't remember that I set any alarm clock for today cause it's my off day.

I took my phone and take a look to see if it's broken.

Memo, Remember to cook his favourite buy his favourite cake too!

Oh.. a reminder I set few months ago. Today's his birthday, should I go celebrate for him?

After a long time of thinking, I decided to celebrate for him. I get up from my bed then chose a oversized sleeveless black shirt and a skinny jeans.

I played Ghost Town by Madonna from my phone and leave it on the table. I got in the bathroom and start the same routine every morning. After that I put on necklace that he bought, I never took it off then the bracelet that remind me of MinJae then a scarf to be my belt. It's perfect.

1 hour later...

After finish preparing my own stuff and had breakfast with my family. I played for a while with my 4 months old nephews.

After that I leave house, drive my car to the nearest convenient store to grabbed some ingredients for what I'm gonna cook for him. Then I reach for the bakery to order his favourite cake.

After that, I drive to my label record's company to get new schedule for the next few weeks.

"SoJun!" Someone called. I stop my footstep then turn to see who's calling.

"Mira!!" I smiled then hugged my manager. After we pulled back, she hand me some papers,

"These are the place where fan signing will be held next week. Then about your concert will be held on February next year. You'll start your tour in Korea then you'll get your plane to United State. It might took around 3 months to finish the tour. Almost forget bout it.. Mnet is inviting you to be their host. Accepting or not?" She asked.

I nod, "Thanks and of course! It's a big opportunity, how could I miss. By the way, I got to go my boyfriend's place." I smiled then get my things.

"Sure, if you're ready to reveal who was it, just tell me before the reporters exposed your boyfriend!" She smiled.

She's the only one who know that Jin and I lied that we postpone our marriage to our parents but we actually cancel it. She told me to make up with him but.. it's to late right? So.. I lied to her that we make up cause if I don't she'll keep on persuading me. (A/N : hope you understand)

After that I got my way to the bakery to redeem my order then I reach Jin's place, it's 4pm now.. he'll be back by 7pm today.

I place the things on the dining table and the cake in the fridge. I get broom and mop start cleaning his house as usual. After the house chores, it's 5.30pm already.

I wash the vegetables I bought since he likes to eat salad. Then wash the noodles to make his favourite naengmyeong.

Fast forward (A/N : Cuz I dk the process of it =.= miahnae..)

It's almost done with the cookings. I place the salad in a medium bowl then the noodles in a big plate. After that I place them on the table with the arranged fork and spoon beside.

It's 6.55pm right now... I guess I should take my leave since he didn't know that I'm back to Korea too.

I took my bag and wanted to leave, "Shit! I forget the cake!" I cursed then throw my bag to the sofa again, ran to the fridge to get the cake out.

I look at the cake then giggled,

Sandechuka hamnida Jin pabo jahgiya. Saranghae!

It's weird to do this but.. I can't hide my true feelings anymore. I guess I have to use Yoon Dae's position to lie to him that I'm Yoon Dae.

I put the candles on and light them, "Perfect!" I smiled then look at my watch.

"Shit!" I cursed cause it's 7.00pm now, he's probably at the ground floor lobby now. After I took my bag, I heard the door is opening.

"Fuck!" I cursed, not too loud or else he'll find out. I'm panic... what should I do?

"Hide! Hide of course you pabo SoJun!" I remind myself then hide in his bathroom hopefully he won't enter here first.

Jin's POV
"Jinjja! Why there's so many papers today?" I asked then throw myself on the sofa. I look around, my house is being cleaned again. I should stop Yoon Dae entering my house..

What's that smell? I turn my head to the dinning table and saw something is dancing.

I walk towards the table and saw a cake and my favourite meal on the table.

"What's the cake for?" I asked then I look at it.

Is today my birthday? I look at my phone, today's 4th of December, it is my birthday! But.. no exciting feelings came upon me but bitter feeling.

"If you're here SoJun.." I said then make a wish wishing she's back to my side then I blow the candles. I sit down looking at the meal.

I took a bit of the salads, I was amazed.. many memories about SoJun and I made salads together. It taste just like hers but probably the salad wasn't made by her.

After finishing the salad, I start to eat naengmyeong. It reminds me that I spend the whole day eating this only with SoJun. I really miss her and regret for what I did.

After that I took the cake and put it in the fridge since I'm full. I washed up the plates then put them on the dish rack.

I walk to my room to get some clothes to get some bath.

SoJun's POV
"Pabo.. I'm here." I whispered, when he said "If you're here, SoJun." peeking at him in the bathroom.

I bit my bottom lip, trying to hold back my tears cause I've finally know that actually I've been misunderstanding.

After he went in his room, I walk out of the bathroom, "Saranghae Jin pabo." I whispered then I left the house.

Jin's POV
When I got in, I have a feeling like someone is in my house. Someone I'm close to it but I don't know who was it.

I open my door then open every door in my house but I find no one's in it.

The last door, the bathroom... I open it and it's dark. I turn on the light but no one's in there too. I let out a deep sigh then close the door.

When I'm going to close, the door can't be close. "C'mon! Why can't you close?" I asked the door then look at the floor.

There's something down there. I bent down and pick it up. It's... her necklace! The one I gave her on her birthday! Is she back? Why no one told me so? Should I go and see her? Or shouldn't I?
