-Must be lovely-Tewksbury and Angelica stood side by side. Her arm linked with his. She wore a satin pink dress and silky white gloves. Her hair was pinned up as usual and her tiara sat perfectly onto her head.
Tewksbury in a stunning black suit. "And tonight as our special guest and soon to be married young lovers! Lord Tewksbury the marquess of Basilweather and Princess Rosemary Ruthford of Vandeleur" A announcer said.
The young couple emerged from the doors. Rather large smiles plastered on their faces. "To kick start the night everyone grab yourself a partner for a waltz". "My lady might I have this dance?" Tewksbury said.
"Of course my lord" she said. The two got into position. "You know how to dance don't you?" He asked her. "Yes of course" they joined the other couples on the dance floor. Tewksbury's hand slip around her waist.
They entwined their fingers as Rosemary her a part of her dress up. The elegant music began to play as he wisked her around the room. She looked at couples nearby who didn't seem as close as her and Tewksbury were.
From others eyes they looked like they were in love. Especially when rose caught Tewksbury's gaze. The tension between them thickened staring into each others eyes. Not a word to be spoken.
Rose while dancing shuffled her feet forward more. She was now a solid 2 inches from touching his chest. She never noticed how much taller he was then her. She reached up to his nose with heels on.
She was in his chin/lips region normally. Where she is right now, but she didn't dare glance at him lips. Her eyes were linked on his, it felt like their souls were merging. Tewksbury felt closer to her.
Not just psychically but spiritually. The song came to a end. "Lord Tewksbury! I'm Sadie of..." rose's ears turned off as she let go of Tewksbury. "I apologize Sadie but tonight I am not able to sign any dance cards." He said.
The blonde looked at Rosemary. Her eyes widen greatly as she realized who she was. "Princess Rosemary Ruthford" she curtseyed. Rose looked at her with the mention of her name.
Rosemary graciously smiled. "I apologize I didn't realize the two of you were saving" Sadie said. Tewksbury blushed.
"Yes Sadie. Tewksbury and I are to be married." Rose gave a mild smile that didn't touch her eyes one bit. A smirk came upon her face "so you aren't married yet?" She asked. Rose habitably grabbed Tewksbury's hand.
"No but we just can't wait isn't that right my love" she looked up with him with "loving" eyes. He cleared his throat. "Of course rose my sweet. Only two months until the best night of my life besides the one meeting you" he stared back at her.
She smiled at him and then look back Sadie who looked rather angry. "Sadie are you alright? you've gone rather red dear". Sadie gave a sarcastic smile "yes of course. I must go, until next time Tewksbury. Princess Rosemary"
Rose dragged Tewksbury outside. The two bursted out laughing. "You were so jealous!" He said. She shoved him playfully "No I wasn't im just not fond of my boyfriend dancing with women like that" she said.
She then slapped her hand over her mouth. "Boyfriend? Have I been demoted?! I am your husband to be" he said in fake pain. "Will you hush someone will here us" she said. "What's the matter?" He took a few steps toward her.
"Afraid of being caught alone with me?" He bent down to her face. A smirk plastered on her face. "Nonsense you are my fiancé." She muttered. "Not yet. So to everyone in there we are teenagers that fancy each other" he said.
"You fancy me?" she smirked putting her face a bit closer to his. "Don't act coy" he said. "And what if I do?" She cocked her head to the side. "I suppose i must show you better then I can show you" he said.
"My lord! My royal highness! It is time for the host!" A voice called. The couple emerged from the semi darkness. "A toast? Hm must be lovely" she casted one last smirk at him.
