Second gym

And we back again. Last chapter I whooped Fernando and got the mystic badge. And now I need to find the second entrance to the cave I came from last chapter. Nothing difficult. Just gotta go behind a building and use cut. Simple I catch a bunnelby for HMS.

Going inside archan tunnel we marvel at a giant tangrowth tablet. It's in some dumb language that only his friend Herschel can translate. He than immediately sends us to Aerous city because he heard his friend might be there.

I make it there and there's a line of people waiting to get into the café/art exhibit. So I walk around trying to remember what I gotta do but I just go to buy a bike with my unlimited money.

But for some damn reason I can't buy it. Fuckin rip off. After fuckin around and getting the shock wave tm after giving some mail to a dude that missed his girl I talk to an elder grunt standing Infront of the museum. After not believing ehis lie about the museum being closed or something, he battles me.

I make quick work of his xatu and bunnelby and head inside the museum. I by a souvenir and talk to a dude who says he can hook me up with some relic balls later in the future. Soon after more fucking around I go and battle a grunt who almost kills Mary after I stupidly lock myself into rollout.

After he stops blocking the stair I head up and wreck havoc on his teammates to then find a new elders admin trying to bully Herschel in helping them crack the language. He declines again and the leave after the see me standing there.

He notices my redwood card and agrees to come translate the language. But before that I enter the art exhibit and swept through the artist with spitfire (they all had one smeargle) I then sweep through Vincent who had six smeargles. His reward for beating is a pokemon egg which I hatch instantly thanks to cheats. Inside the egg is an lax nature Eevee whom I name Pikachu. Tho he's going in the back since I have no need for him. He's just there Incase I lose a type on my team.

So I head back to professor redwood with his buddy in tow. He translates the tablet a bit and it reads: the earth is waking up. Ok and then he says something about apex temple. And professor redwood then sends a child to climb a mountain and find out the cause of the tremors. Totally normal job for a child. He gives me the rock smash hm let's me go free.

I rampage through the cave and make it to nespine climb were I can reach my next town and get a new encounter. I could go random or I could get a static maractus. Imma go random since I already used a maractus. And I realized I should've went for maractus since my nespine climb encounter was a Spearow who I accidentally killed with a misclick. Not that upset but eh.

At the entrance to the gym W.B is waiting for me. K so we battle. And again I goof and lock myself into rollout against his swablu this killing godly. Ouch. I clean up the bird with Shauna and clean up his roggenrola with the monke. I bring in Shauna to deal with his prinplup but she dies to a bubble. Shit. I brought in Mary to eat a bubble so I can heal up Jordan but I guess because he saw the kill with peck he went for it and I almost lost Jordan. But luckily with a bit of healing his peck ativates my affect spore thus putting him to sleep. Yes. I got for a mega drain to get some health back but it does pitiful damage and he wakes up after that and kills Jordan. Fuuuuuck. I bring in Mary to tank some moves and heal my monkey a bit. But he uses metal claw and gets and attack up.

He kills Mary and I bring in spitfire and pray for a miracle. and thankfully he can live a bubble and take out the penguin with two mach punches.

Helix Christ on a stick that was my entire god damn team. And I lost my electric type so I'm fucked. And i can't turn Pikachu into a Jolteon because I can only get thunderstone AFTER I beat the flying type gym.

I thought I had brought all my pokemon up to the level cap but apparently I didn't. And I can't use spitfire since I over leveled him since I wouldn't be able to use him anyway since he's a fighting type. So all I got is Flareon and one more miracle. Luckily for me the entrance to the frostbite cave is right hear so I can get a new encounter before the gym. Annnnd it's a Zubat. Ok I wanted an ice type but this is fine. I name him fren and he has a lax nature. Ok. After giving him some candies and going through the chatot musical memory gym puzzle I go and fight aria. I sweep through her first 2 pokemon with fire fang on Flareon and confuse chatot with fren.

But unluckily for me he breaks out of it after I hit him with a wing attack. I get confused by chatter and hit myself allowing chatot to kill fren. Fuck I bring in Pikachu and go for a fire fang since I know it's might be going for roost. But it didn't and it hit me to 3 hp with chatter AND got the confusion. But luck was feeling merciful and let me finish the bird with fire fang.

I received the plume badge and cried outside the gym.

Next time on my gaia nuzlocke we climb the mountain or something. I'm to stressed to remember.
