Ever since Deku found out he was quirkless his life began crumbling down. But that didn't stop him from getting recognition. He wanted to be KNOWN. He had the perfect solution to that.

After the class ended the three boys ended up meeting in the men's locker room. Todoroki was the first one to show up, so he sat on a bench in front of his locker. He kept his head down staring at his hands. 'How could the school allow for a villain to become a student, did they not know?'
"Your quirk is kind of like mine, yes?" A voice said emerging from the shadows. Todoroki's heart sank the moment he knew who the voice belonged to. His name was Izuku, but Katsuki had early named him 'Deku'.
"I guess in a way, we both have multiple quirks. Mine being fire and ice and yours being..." Todo trailed off, trying to find correlation to all of Izuku's quirks. "I just don't understand what a 'multi-quirk' is. It sounds made up..." Izuku laughed and plopped a seat next to him.
"I don't quite know either, I just got a bit of everything huh?" A laugh escaped the boys mouth once more as he inched closer to Todoroki. "I'm interested in your left half, I've never seen you use it before." Shoto grunted in anger, his left-side he hated, he would always resent. The scared look in his mothers eyes as she poured boiling hot water on his left eye was a look he'd never forget. He will do anything to never use that quirk again.
"I will never stoop down to my fathers level, that's why." Todoroki sighed. "I'll never use his power." Izuku tilted his head in confusion.
"His power?" Izuku asked. "Isn't it yours?" Todo whipped his head around to look at Izuku. No one has ever said that to him.
"What?"
"You said that you didn't want to use 'his' power, why not make it your own." Izuku replied. "It's your power isn't it?" 'Make it my own.' He looked down at his left hand, a simple flame at his fingertip. "Well I should go, don't wanna make my old man grumpy. See you later Todoroki." Izuku said cheerily.
'It's your power isn't it?' Even if Izuku was a villain, he was right. It is his power, although he inherited it from his father, it's still his. And he can make it his own.
Shortly after Izuku left, Kirishima and Kaminari showed up to devise a plan.
"I have a feeling that the League is going to show up at our camp, so we need to tell someone." Kirishima said eagerly.
"Yeah that sounds right to me." Kami said after a brief intermission. Todoroki nodded.
"Okay so we all agree. But who should we tell?"

"Come in!" Todoroki pushed open the door and walked in, Kiri and Kami following closely behind. Kaminari shut the door behind them and took a seat at the desk. It was silent for a few seconds. "What is it that you guys needed to discuss with me?"
"This is about the new student. Izuku Midoriya." Todo started. "Remember the robbery at the small bank, where Bakugou was attacked?"
"Yes? What's this have to do with Izuku?" All Might questioned.
"We think... No, we know that Izuku was apart of that group." Todoroki continued on. "He was the one who attacked Bakugou." All Might was silent, he remembered that night those three came into the police station to give statements. They said then that the suspect had curly green hair and freckles.
"Okay, we don't have solid proof yet, but I will send two detectives to tail him until we can for sure." All Might said.
Todoroki let out a sigh of relief, however he wasn't quite done. "I have a theory that the League is planning on attacking us at the camp." He went on.
"I'll make sure we have back up if needed, I know the perfect person for this. Her name is Kyouna Shinsou." Toshinori replied. "She's joining class 1A pretty soon, her power is very well suited for this kind of thing."
"What about Izuku being a student here?" Asked Kaminari. "He's still a danger."
"Unfortunately we won't be able to expel him without solid evidence." Toshi answered. "For now we just have to act calm and try not to act suspicious around him, we want him to feel as though we don't know." The group agreed upon those terms. They felt safe.

Kyouna Shinsou is the younger sister of Hitoshi Shinsou, she was born approximately an hour after he was. So yes they are twins, however they are fraternal meaning they don't look alike. Their quirks are somewhat similar, mind control.
Hitoshi can get anyone to obey to his demands when they respond to him, Kyouna can get anyone to obey her by singing. Her quirk can also be used to deafen her victims for a short period of time by creating a very high pitched scream. She can also use her sound waves to blow people back or to bounce herself in the air, depending on how much power she uses.

~~~~~~~~~ Present time-
A gun shot rang out among the crowd. Snipe was the culprit, the barrel of his gun steaming. He emerged out of the woods to the left of the group. Izuku winced in pain, he had just been shot in his leg ultimately causing him to fall to the ground. Luckily the bullet went through the back of his leg and out the front, that will be an easy heal. He let go of the levitation holding Bakugou up, he fell next to him still paralyzed.
"No! You bitch!" Toga yelled out in anger. She was next to Izuku when he was shot, the League had gotten what they came for, so they were just about to leave before Snipe showed up. "I'm gonna cut you, gonna cut you SO bad!!" She ran towards Snipe, her knife extended ready to slash. To avoid being shot she ran side to side, and right when she was to attack she jumped up high and came barrelling down at Snipe. Another gun shot rang out.
Her body flew to ground in front of Izuku, his eyes widening as he saw her. She gasped for air, then began choking on her own blood. Red splattered out of her mouth as she rolled over onto her side. She was crying and reaching out for Izuku, tears now forming in his eyes. "I- d-don't want to- die... please..."
Izuku had already healed himself and was now watching his best friend choke frantically on her own blood (how ironic amiright?). "I'm trying to heal you!" Deku shouted. That was when he began to frantically blow on her wound.
Then came All Might, stepping out from the woods he'd been hiding in. "I am here!" He exclaimed upon entrance. Izuku didn't bother to look up, instead he focused himself on Toga, trying his very best to heal her, but he was running out of air. Blowing on her wound wasn't doing anything, still she choked and choked.
"Come on! Stay with me Toga! Please!!!" Izuku screamed. "Please..." And then silence. Still she lay. Blood seeping out of her mouth. Izuku was motionless.
