Each color represents the different attributes, this allows the magicules to be able to have a main-attribute in the living being. How about when the person does have a Magicules pool or core or maybe both? They either have both or one of them.
Magicules Pool :
The pool will start to form the moment you awaken and start to have enough magicules to form it. The first step is magicules pool then after when they accumulate enough magicules the center starts to form a the pool. We have notice that most people that their pool is formed at 112 UEM[1].
